@@samuelault4723 I'm just saying he's better than dak , not by much but you can't try to say dak is better with the rosters he's had and Falken flat while Goff has gotten 2 teams deep into the playoffs. I Goff gets looked at as a bust and a joke but he deserves this new contract and dak doesn't ( which is why he didn't get am extension) I think Dallas is willing to let dak walk ( I'd traded him personally) but whatever, they got trey lance and Cooper rush for no money , why keep the 17th best qb on your roster for top tier money?? Hopefully Jerry Jones sees his stupidity and is just going to play this year out and let dak go.... he was a 4th round pick for a reason.... He's basically cousins with legs.. You'll never get deep into the playoffs with him.

If you wanna argue on the fact both perform badly under pressure and cannot play of the script ? Sure, but Dak is not as accurate as Goff, Dak can barely win games without a running game especially playing against legit playoffs team and Dak's numbers are so inflated in garbage time and disappear when it matters or turns the ball over ​@samuelault4723

I remember him being booed at ford field in 2022. MCDC calling him out and asking him to step it up really helped him.

If I was Detroit I’d want to do more of a 2yr “prove it” style deal just because I want to see him without Ben Johnson who will likely be gone next year. Then if he transitions well with the new OC bring out the Brinks trucks

That makes sense but that’s also how things always seem to happen. Very few QBs have been consistently successful despite roster and coaching changes.

They kind of did. His contract is only guaranteed for the first 2 years at $113m. Then he gets roster bonuses if he's still on the team after that. So they could cut him after the 2025 season, or try to trade him if he'll waive his ntc.

Nick is such a tool. Goff has beaten Mahomes both times he faced him (including in a shoot out). Goff has been incredibly healthy, Goff accomplished more in Detroit in three years than Stafford did in his entire career there, Goff was top 5 as a QB last year. By the way, this idea that Goff is the only QB who needs a good situation to be good is so funny because so does every QB on Earth. When Mahomes had a sub-par O-Line in the SB, he managed three int's, zero td scoring drives, and was curb stomped by the Buccs. If the teak around Goff didn't cock it up on him in the NFC championship game, Goff was going to be at SB two with a very good chance of winning it

Lol top 7. Stop it. Nick is actually pretty spot on. He gets moved off his spot, he’s nowhere near as good. Mahomes, burrow, Allen, Lamar, Rodgers, stroud, Herbert, Stafford is 8 and that’s leaving out another 3-5 guys probably better than him. He’s in the bucket with guys like Brock, hurts, Dak, cousins, love and Trevor. I’d take half of those guys over Goff too.

Geno Smith is the best QB in the NFC and also the cheapest at around $26 million a year. He learned McVay's system in only 2 years under OC Shane Waldron who's now with Caleb Williams in Chicago. Geno is the only QB who's owned Jared and Detroit last 3 years winning huge shoot outs every year. I'm sorry who were you comparing Super Bowl QB Jared Goff too? Congrats to Detroit and Jared Goff.
