My first testday of 2022 at Circuit Zolder.
There have been 2 testdays before in the previous 2 weeks, but today was the first one for me.
And straight away it was a big one with lots of cool cars as you can see in this video.

That E9 CSL just looks absolutely mean. Like it eats babies for breakfast. The Capri is cool, don't get me wrong, but for me it's CSL all the way.

The E9 is a gorgeous car and a mean-looking race car. But the madness of the Zakspeed just wins me over.

Had a 1.6L, made it fast with a Lotus and Turbo, as an early modder, but still love Capris, Shape !!
The Zakspeed Capri is at the top of our list for best sounds in RaceRoom! It is such a fabulous car!

Hearing the E9 CLS and the 992 cup next to each other is so enjoyable because we can note that modern racing cars can (almost) sound as good as classic racing cars...

They do when they're naturally aspirated, like the 992 cup. But unfortunately, most modern racing cars are turbocharged.

Can't agree more. I'm a Capri fan and I love also those beautiful CSLs, but that Capri is beyond everything. It just looks so damn good!

It's a VW funcup. No boxer-4 engine. They have a 1.8l Turbo of I'm not mistaken. Mounted in the middle.
