I purchased a new XC8T bush hog as my old one (HA! 1 year old) died from bearing failure. The XC8T seems like a good replacement.
Жүктеу.....

I have the XC8T on a Kubota 95 HF with about 65 hours of use, it has 4 carbide teeth on bottom disc that will grind stumps flush with the ground. For the money I don't know how you can do better. I use it for personal use so it is not abused.

Try using a cutting torch to melt it out. I used this method on my brush hog.

Looking at the same brush cutter due to the carbide tips for trails that will be used by ATV’s. Does it grind everything down smooth? What do you think of it after a few months?

Wondering the same Kenny. Have you found any more info on how close to the ground it will grind?

@@justinmyers733 I have not found out or a video that will show the finished up close product of various sizes of saplings and small trees. I know I’m looking for $5500 brush cutter that does the job of a $30000 Fecon drum mulcher!🤷♂️

Oh yeah. I tried to buy one of those. MTL finally answered the phone after a few attempts and some texts. Ordered 8000 bucks worth of stuff (2 units). They had to have payment up front in full which I thought a bit strange but oh well. Looked like a pretty good deal anyway. I read some pretty ugly reviews about their customer service but didn’t find many bad reviews of their equipment (just a couple). Tried to keep up with them by calling once a week to make sure my order was moving. About 6 weeks in I got a text telling me the “owner” canceled my order. Apparently you are not supposed to check on the progress of your order at MTL. So now I am the proud owner of a Diamond Mower. Will be posting a review once I have used it a few days.
