You won't believe how long it took me to not push all of my parts away anymore, especially the ones that seem scary. And to understand that simple recognition of it being there and trying to listen to where it comes from and what it sees, is already so much more love than what we've been taught all day long for years and years. Thank you so much for this video! 💜

Wow, incredible. It’s the same thing we do in intimate relationships. When we begin to see someone for who they truly are, we begin to push away the parts of them we don’t want to see anymore. A reflection of us.

This is as simple as just observing your pain / tension in your body. Paying attention with an openness / without prejudice. Just seeing and then noticing more and more aspects of it as you observe. It will reveal more to you. Like observing an object you see more things you didn’t see before the longer you pay attention. Giving you a more holistic understanding of that thing. Intimate knowledge.

The importance of this can't be expressed enough. The drive that many people have to chase things like relationships, jobs, money, addictions or whatever. That drive is often just a result of the pain they feel that they need to distract themself from. A part within themself that if only they acknowleged and became intimate with it instead like Teal says. Would actually lead them to find the real thing that they are looking for by doing all of those things, which they never find until that happens.

Make sense because I was looking for someone to help put me in a better situation and my thoughts would be clouded and confused because even though I knew I deserved better, I was trying to settle for anything just to get a particular thing and instead of sticking to my boundaries, I would remove them and try to go back, just to try to stop how I was feeling from other life experiences.

I learned years ago that love rarely looks like what I expected it to or wanted it to therefore I would think I wasn’t loved by others but more so that I couldn’t love me. Huge changes in my life after I realized and understood that.

Sometimes I have to be careful with this because I don’t know if anyone can relate but I feel like if I pay too much attention to the negative aspects of myself, the world tends to mirror that back to me which is why I try to maintain a positive focus. I don’t know why spiritual teachers don’t talk about the conflict between positivity and authenticity. It’s almost damn confusing because it almost contradicts each other but they expect us to do both at the same time!

I can relate, to what your saying: l have observed, not just with myself, but with others, that many of us struggle with this conundrum. Its good to be aware of our negative times; emotions, thoughts, anxieties, sometimes just a dumb grumpy expectation of an outcome that we so focus on, because its a scenario, we have experienced, repeatedly...l know for a fact, that we can develope triggers that set off tention, anxiety, anger, each time, when we are encountering certain individuals, or activities, that we dread, dislike, or, have on going, unresolved issues with. I haven't figured out how to, consistently, not trigger those feelings, while still continuing to live within those repeating circumstances. I'm still learning, ( & intuitively, l probably know, what l should do, but just haven't completely arrived at that stage, consistently, we are spiritual/ souls, having an experience, as humans🤗💞🕊💞. I think Teal shares, a lot of, down to earth, straight forward, good, common sense wisdom. She is one of the best, of a variety of beings l listen to.( including, Gregg Braden, Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Kryon, channeled by Lee Carrol, Laura Eisenhower) ;they share a wealth of information, that have helped many people, in any variety of walks of life, of/from any variety of backgrounds/ challenges/ seekers of understanding oneself, and how to heal, on various levels, etc. When l find the mirroring of negative things going on for the day, or what ever extension of time, it usually does come back to me, as at least partially or mostly me causing it. Sometimes, l just have to regroup my thoughts and change my attitude...a lot of times, that works; sometimes, it takes more effort. Being greatful, for even the little things, or simple things, are helpful. Changing thought tracks, to things that have made you smile, or laugh, or made you feel, happy, either about yourself, and/ or about loved ones or friends, can help you, appreciate being alive, even though we still deal with individual challenges. We are all in process, evolving through a precipice of time, that is special, for Gaia's inhabitants...so much light is exposing what needs healing, all over the globe. Don't give up hope, on yourself, or others; ( each bit of understanding, each minute adjustment, each loving, compassionate, thought, or act of kindness, is not lost in the grand scheme of our spiritual evolution, or every day lives. The ripple effect, of these things, affect, not just this timeline, but multiple timelines🤗🕊💞 l figure, whatever, l do not accomplish, or, complete, in this life time, l will have an opportunity, in the next; but whatever, balancing and healing, or closure, of relationship issues, that l may improve upon, bring peace, or understanding to, or with, will help towards next lifetime, ( multiple timelines).😉🕊💞🤗 sending out a loving thought to all, for blessings of healing, on all levels, spiritual growth, and peace💞

To intimate = from the Latin intimare, to make known. Also, to imply. Kinda oldskool i know. It's like a close connection, in the mind - aware. For us to be intimate, have intimacy, we must be aware. Thanks for reading this ☺️i just figured this out.

The ending of all corruption is certainly the beginning of Understanding/Enlightenment for the definition of Charity/Love. The Heart/Anahata meaning Unhurt also includes anti traumatizations of the mind and emotions to particularly keep in regard. Thus both intellect, memory and emotions are also damaged and stunted upon any traumas of the soul, emotions and mind. Where the many religious texts also describe that it was those who Undersood that found Salvation. ( Every problem and issue will remain for as long as everyone is unable to apprehend the source of them )

I know I understand myself so much, but the problem is that I have to think of a way for the one that I love to understand himself as well. I'm able to understand because I simply reflecting to what just happened, and I do it before I forgot the thing, or the feeling. That's why it's not hard for me to be humble since I understand myself, which leads me to an understanding of other people.

So, I have this issue with being overweight, that's something I need to learn to live rather than push away. I am by no means overweight, as a matter of fact, I'm just inside of my BMI on the low end which is also medically dangerous. As a result of childhood trauma, I still tell myself that I need to lose weight or gain muscle weight instead. I'm making this publicly available because it helps me to see how I'm sabotaging my life by believing something that is not true. A man that's 1.75m tall and 55kg is not overweight! Can I love myself already and get on with my life? Time will tell! 😢
