First solo IMC | Cirrus SR22 | KLPR to KMFD
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Flight from Lorain (KLPR) to Mansfield (KMFD) in a Cirrus SR22. Flew the RNAV 32 approach into KMFD and the ILS 07 approach into KLPR. Even though both approaches ended up being visual, I still had some good practice.

Very Nice Pat and well done !
Nice flight, and I'd recognize those Ohio clouds anywhere! I'm currently in Northwest Ohio myself, a small town just outside of Toledo, and we see them so often this time of yr., but a great practice flight, and keep building those hours up. One last add, good to see you keep verbally talking out your actions and moves, to many people stop that when they're alone, but it helps you become a more instinctual pilot.

Thanks for watching!
That was a great video. It’s rare that I watch a video in its entirety, nicely done! I like your technique and I think you did great!!! I’d fly with you any day!!!

Niko's Wings Thanks Niko! That means a lot coming from you... I’ll let you know when I’m in Florida! :)
Hey Pat, this is definitely one of your better videos. Love watching instrument approaches. Maybe break the 4th wall occasionally to let people know what you are doing.

Dude, tell me about it... IFR in actual IMC is nerve-destroying. Especially in DC and NY airspace.
That was amazing Pat. I felt that I was sitting in the passenger seat next to you. Those clouds looked so ominous... how was it all visual? I was surprised by the small size of the steering apparatus. So wonderful to see you realizing your dreams. Thanks for sharing.

barbara cicerchi Thanks! Most of the en route portion was clouds but the actual instrument approaches were in visual conditions.
Hi Pat! Great videos, I fly out of LPR all the time. If you ever need a safety pilot just let me know!
Greatness!
