How do you like the plow ? Seems to cover alot of ground. We run boss dxt v plows. Thinking about a boss ext for new f 550 we just had built.

They both have their place. There are times when I’d rather have a V. We have 2 XV2 and this one XLS

I just bought the xls. I am noticing that my plow lights are not high enough to clear over the plow when the plow is all the way up. Did you run into this problem

XLS tend to travel too high in my opinion. Mine runs about 2/3 of the way off the ground and isn’t hindering the lights. It definitely has the ability to block lights.

None of them love sand, but they’ll do it as long as it’s chain fed, not auger. And having a vibrator is key as well

Are you putting sand down on a dirt/gravel road?

You have some good jokes! Do you ever wish you had a back blade? clearing 20ft at a time and dragging that wet nasty stuff seems like a nice idea

When I lived in Michigan they were big out there. Very cool. I can’t have one and a spreader unfortunately
