First Seasoning and Babyback Ribs! | Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 |
Today we do the very first start up and seasoning on the new Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800. Then we make some tasty babyback ribs.
First video is a little rough, hell didn't even show finishing the rib, but it's all in good fun!

you should of seasoned the bbq first following the user manual instructions after that you should never ever close the doors in till the bad smoke is gone ie you need Transparent smoke Transparent smoke is a good sign

Yes I know I should have done it a second time, but it was getting late in the afternoon and the natives were getting restless and hungry. I have done another seasoning session since. Thanks for your comment and tip.
