Hi Maria, I loved this video. I'm about to restart an 8 year old mare. But I have noticed many trainers are using what I think is a bosal with their horse. What are you using in this video? Is it a hackamore? Will you switch to a bit or continue bitless?

For the first few days that you ride her do you keep doing the same desensitization exercises before you get on?
