My buddy Psyph Morrison has never had a "real" sound system before. I have been telling him for a long time i would put something in one of his cars. Due to him living an hour away, having a job and also not having a car he was happy with, we never got around to it. But when he got the Accord, i was all in! This will be fun. WAIT till you see the look on his face. Enjoy the build!

for anyone wondering why he drives a 2002 Accord when you thought he would be in a Lambo. Let me just tell you something. He NEVER raps about being rich. He does rap about chasing the cash though. We all wish we were there. But on the real, this man donates his time to youth football ALL YEAR long. As long as i have known him, he worked at a children's receiving home for troubled kids. A thankless job that doesn't pay that much. He spends his money on his dogs. The music business isn't as amazing as people think unless you are signed on a big label with some hits. Right now it's just a struggle trying to make it happen. So if he don't drive a good enough car for your tastes, buy some of his records and maybe he can get that lambo someday. :) Support these video's! - www.patreon.com/meade916 Thanks for watching!

Honda makes the most reliable cars. I would drive that Accord and be happy. Just like I drove my Honda with 300,000 miles. Far more reliable than any lambo.

Psyph has provided us bass heads with some great beat's. Its a tough choice but I'd say Rockin from The diamond in the mudd album is more favorite, love them Savage lows. Its good you could do this for him Steve. Tell Psyph keep making them and we will keep buying them.

This dude is putting his heart and soul into this build! Much respect to an honest sound man. I’ve unfortunately dealt with some shady characters and had some shoddy work done to my 05 Infiniti G35. But I bought a decent project car 05 Honda Accord with great interior and low miles. I’ve got big plans for it and watching this just makes me more motivated.

Today as the 1-25-18 and the past years I been watching Steve Meade videos and I wish one day I can be in his shoes what he does. Steve Meade your work is amazing and hopefully one day, I can save up some money and come too you and get my system installed by you. I been watching your videos since I was 9 years old and by watching your videos it gets too me cause I want to do what you do or be in your shoes, the art of the work you do, it amazing. Shout out all the way from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Just installed 2 p2 10s in my wife’s car for Christmas. They hit like crazy!! They are not hooked up to Rockford fosgate amp (she didn’t need that much power). The installer who I would never go back to did a good job of hooking it up and hiding everything but after watching this video they could have customized it a lot more. When it’s my time to get my speakers installed I definitely will know what I want them to do. They didn’t do any sound dampening or customized the base non.

Jeez I’d consider myself blessed to have a friend even 50% as wholeheartedly generous as Steve. Seems like every other video involves him “helping out a friend” taking a look at something aka massive overhaul fixing someone else’s half assed work- or cobbling together a legit nice setup from the boneyard or goodie box. I could use a new battery, HD alternator, battery volt meter or heavy duty distribution lug Block if Mr. Steve’s got some just collecting dust...

Great videos Steve meade!! I actually got the chance to learn alot about car audio when watching all your videos. Where I'm from car audio isn't really a big thing. It's more of just a way to play music. And all this time i wished i had a subwoofer and amp of my own to play the bass that i love. Anyways car audio to me is more than that..and that's why I watch alot of your videos because it made me learn on how to do stuff the right way and test and wire amps the right way...I'm really an oppurtunist and I hope I get to get an autograph from you one day I'm a big fan of your work...by the way nice power distribution blocks looks very cool. Steve... I love how you are showing off the basics of all installs right there in that build. So many people can learn from these 4 videos. From putting components in the doors to putting the sound deadener on the trunk lid, it's great material. I love how you always go back to your roots and give us a series like this. Thank you! #smdrealworldinstallz

watching your videos upsets me--they upset me because 20 years ago i had a "system" installed in my car and i spent $5gs they did such a shitty half assed job that watching you work and put actual "WORK" into it upsets me because everyone who does this kind of work should be doing what you do. My modern car has a decent sound system in so i no longer have a need or want for a system. But i wish you would have done the job on my car. kudos to you

The place i went to was advertised heavily on a popular hip hop rap radio station. Promoted by celebrities and rappers. They had amazing looking setups parked outside, lowriders fully decked out and recommended by my cousin. So i went there and I thought i was in good hands ya know. What was supposed to be 2 hours of work (they told me it was gonna be a couple hours) turned into 7 and half hours. When i got my car i noticed that the speakers were distorting half way. I took it back and they did some adjustments but then told me that i needed to buy more expensive equipment. Overtime the wires came out, my car would turn off, the sound became distorted at higher levels (not even nearly 90%) I ended up buying a 1000 watt amp because they told me it would fix the distortion issues. The amp was used and when it went out they refused to fix it, said to call Rockford Fosgate and get a refund. It was a total disaster. By the time i sold my car i had no working stereo. Also should mention that my car was brand new when i had the system installed.
