Time For The Moon Night has a Japanese version, and Japanese record are really strict about their copyright, they will copyright a video that included their songs there, even if it's just the same melody. anyway thanks for reacting to GFriend, they're extremely talented and wonderful girls, the more you know them the more they will amaze you^^

I wouldn't exactly call Gfriend "Cute" they weren't ever a full-on cutesy group. Gfriend was known for doing powerful high energy choreographies and that combined with the bright innocent image they portrayed, they were a "Powerful Innocence" group. What really set them apart was their music, whoever was their producers were genius' and idk how to describe it, but had almost a classical music vibe to it with heavy instrumentals. It wasn't the typical pop sound the cutsey groups of 2015 (which were huge at the time) were doing. As they got older, in the last few years, their image did shift to something a bit more mature. Apple was the biggest change and it was because the girls wanted to try something different. As for the Big Hit thing. Basically, Big Hit acquired their company Source Music, as a subsidiary. So now their company is technically part of Big Hit's company. But Source Music is still an existing functioning company and Gfriend is still under Source Music as their artist. And Me Gustas Tu probably looks familiar because its a song that's often covered by other idols, it was a popular dance on variety shows and concerts for quite some time.

Gfriend’s music/songs has a storyline so if you don’t watch all of them it’ll be confusing...all their videos are very unique and the concept as well.

GFRIEND is from Sourcemusic which once bought by Bighit and now they are under the Bighit Labels.

You saw Gfriend grow up in a hurry! And yes, glad you got the member's name of those who caught your eyes. Yuju is the main vocal and has a powerful voice. Umji is the maknae whom you recognize. As cute as she is, she is hardly recognizable in Apple as the same person. In Time For the Moon Night (TFTMN), Yuju was also the one who hit the high note. The other voice you said you liked was from Eunha, the Lead Vocal of the group. Also, it's been speculated TFTMN is about mourning over the loss of your loved one. That's why there are several shots of a despondent or saddened scenes in the MV. You are truly a person with acute visual cues. Gfriend is with Source Music but Big Hit acquired Source Music last year. That's why you see the Big Hit label on Apple now. Also this Apple video probably reflects the financial backing by Big Hit. Gfriend started out with their Powerful Innocence concept. Me Gustas Tu is their first comeback after debut. thought you might be interested in knowing: gfriend came from a small company and they had basically no money in the beginning, their ceo even apparently sold his car to allow them to debut!! @@reaKtpop during their 3rd era(rough era) she was on the hot topic because she was criticize as an ugly member cause she got chubbier there compare to their debut era and her bangs didn't help either(that was the saddest and hardest era of umji), those hate comments had a great impact to her cause her smile during debut era can't be seen on that era she even hide her face using her hair in one of their performance. And on the next eras she is slightly getting thinner and more stunning so the haters claiming that her transformation isn't just plain diet that it has something related to plastic surgery(I think she's still minor that time). But if you would look closely she just got thinner so her face also change but her nose, eyes and lips didn't change that much for me.

I about fell out of my chair laughing. when you said you weren't aware Big Hit had a girl group!!! First off Gfriend's label has been acquired as a subsidiary of Big Hit. However, Big Hit DID have a girl group, actually it was before BTS. They were called GLAM and they were actually pretty good, but they failed spectacularaly(Huge Scandal). Big Hit actually stated they would never try to do a girl group again!

Big Hit never have they're own girlgroup that they managed by themselves. GLAM was also co-managed by Big Hit and Source Music (GFriend's company), so the history between this two companies actually goes way back. Both CEOs are very closed, so the acquisition of Source Music is not really surprising.

(1)Me Gusta Tu is a super popular song in 2015, its like a national song, everyone in S.Korea know. Its their first comeback/ 2nd song. (2)Time for the Moon Night is a special song, its a lil bit switched up genre but still GFriend-ish. FYI Me Gusta Tu and Time for the Moon Night have a moment of magic when they got "music chart contraflow" --> got slowly rise in music chart after weeks of song release. I remember Time for The ... reached number 1 Melon chart 1 hour before BTS song released, and there was few hours when Time for The ... is only one song non-BTS in top 10 chart. (3)For Apple, there are many meaning behind the lyrics and MV. It'll be an essay if we explain this :D In short ... its abt temptation. Its on the same trilogy w/ Crossroads and Mago, so there are connection there ...

You’ve probably seen the Me Gusta’s Tu dance from another group. It’s really popular and literally everyone knows it. Gfriend are an insanely under appreciated vocal powerhouse group. You seem too reluctant to them. Their concept it's not cute. And having the same hair colors it's not such an important factor

This is all my personal opinion, no one has to agree with me. As I said in the video, I’m not saying they’re bad, I know they’re very talented and successful, and rightfully so! I’m glad many people love them but their music is just not my personal style. Tastes and opinions differ, you might love something I don’t like and vice versa, it’s just different opinions. And to me the fact that they have the same hair color in the first video just makes it harder to pin point the members I like, which is a part of what this collab is about. It’s not a problem in itself, sorry if it came across that way.
