My first ever run of this I was the one that starts with a 1/1 amalgam..... and I made it to second place with a junk bot a hyena (I'm bad at spelling and that is auto correct help) 2 gold amalgam my mini amalgam and a normal amalgam and I kept cycling cards that said (give all [minion type) +?/+?) As my 7th card getting a poison or 2 on my weakest amalgams .... I went for the chaos amalgam thing and made second place on my first game ever..... giving all my amalgams taunt throuought the game helped a lot ..... anyway I'd not have known I could do that if I did not know junk bot and hyena was real strats from watching toast.... so I just fused them with amalgam strats ... I had 2 hyena earlier untill I hot more amalgam......

The benefit of Demons is that they tend to be underpicked compared to mechs, beasts and even Murlocs. If you're that one guy going all-in on Demons the odds of getting a dream build are a lot better than if you have to share all your best stuff with 2-3 other players. Not only that, but demons don't play nice with other tribes and vice versa, so even players with a hybrid build probably won't be encroaching on your turf. I've only been playing since the game got released to cheapskates and I've already got two 1st place finishes with Jaraxxus.

Will Toast ever play Ladder again, maybe when new expansion comes out? Watching battlegrounds or autochess just isn't for me but I enjoy watching Toast.

Its less that demons are weak and more that mechs are really strong. Most of my 1st place wins have been mechs.

Menagerie build is the best. Mechs are better than beasts if you aren't vs nefarian otherwise beasts. Murlocs are op too if you get divine shield and poison

Yeah, there's been a few of those lately. Regis had the Mama Bear on the far right start attacking in the middle instead of last the other day. Then, after the match the game repositioned it in the middle. I think it was because he was playing it during a patch.

@@Gotz_the_iron_hand We figured out the cause of that one early in the he used Yogg's hero power while simultaneously trying to buy the same unit which screwed up his positioning for the rest of the game. Playing mid patch probably added to the glitchyness :P

i'm here to write a commentary and therefore promote the channel! Also I'd like to mention that demons are probably underwhelming. They're hard to collect because best demons are 5-6* and still they do not have scaling needed for late game or even divine shields or poison. They might be midrange comp, but midrange comp that requires 5 AND 6* units is really funny.
