First Pepper Harvest of the Summer - How to Pickle Banana Peppers

On 6-24-24 I harvested my first peppers of the summer. I had 4 good sized Hungarian wax peppers/hot banana peppers which was just enough for me to make a pint of pickled peppers. These simple pickled peppers were such a hit with my family that most of the jar was gone within a day. I'll be making more of these as soon as I get a chance.
