go much bigger than normal. Bape sizes are for Japanese I reckon as they are way on the small side. I'd be going XXL for your size. My XXL fits like a Large.

Depends a lot on the item. Some are true to size as in if you normally wear a large then a large will fit. Some of the Japanese brands for instance you need to size right up, like if you normally wear a medium then you would order an XL. There’s a lot of variation between brands.
