I would not change a single thing about this Urban 130 Defender. Its got the perfect colour, perfect black matt wrap, the perfect wide arches, perfect off-road chunky tyres - if I ever bought a Defender - this would be it. Urban absolutely nailed it.

No. It should be white. As made, if it faces any "adversity" (even tiny tree branches as it "drives off road"), it will be COVERED in scratches. If it's white, scratches are essentially irrelevant. You know who uses their 4x4 and who doesn't by the color of the truck, that's for sure.

This 130 Defender would be great in a MAD MAX movie!

All defenders should be in this guise!! Those wheels are beautiful, imagine it in like a satin bronze or green 😊 smashed again

Finally, a modification/upgrade for the 130. I saw one in black with roof rack and side ladder. The rack was pushed all the way back closer to the rear top spoiler, and the side ladder shifted to the middle of the side rear window behind the plastic panel… it looks magnificent, and it camouflage the extend rear end perfectly.

“Defendaah.” Love it. Mine’s often covered in mud or snow, so I’ve got this one beat.

Firstly your media team absolutely smashed that 130 intro it looked like a movie scene 👌🏻 Those smaller wheels look fantastic I’m a big fan of the bigger wheels and lower profile tyres but those new smaller wheels look spot on and the A bar in the front gives it a completely different look I wouldn’t spec my own any differently it’s pure class! 👌🏻 Another great episode chaps 👍🏻

I have no use for a 90, ideally a 110 for the rest of my life after family life but require a 130 for family life right now. Just love all Urban Defenders. Love the 20” ballistic wheels 🤙🏻 Planning for a Discovery 5 kit down here in New Zealand 🇳🇿

I like how the wheels suit the kit just as much as the road biased 22’s, a customer could easily put the 20’s on an xrs edition for a winter set up and it wouldn’t look out of place

I could be wrong but got a feeling this is D.A.Ls next purchase, he did say he was looking for a new ride and this would be perfect for him. Defo the 130 (for me) but I think he will go for the 90 they all look amazing, great work guys.

Apparently they have a light on the dash for an apocalypse in between the low oil pressure warning and engine management light that are on whenever you drive it. Looks awesome on the drive though.!

130 is astonishing I have the same in a 110 but personally you should have added. Side box, ladder, rack on roof with mole plates with shovels , extra Jerry cans, some rope. But either all blacked out or the extras a bright colour like orange and done the callipers the same. Proper Zombie machine then. Still beautiful but more Black Friday queue outside of John Lewis than zombie apocalypse ❤️

Are those off road tyres? Would they generate a lot of road noise?

What are your thoughts on the ongoing insurance issue with Range Rover and Land Rover vehicles. I would assume that any modified vehicle would be even harder to insure with likely customers and will put people off buying?

This 130 build is my dream build I would have it Tan colour like the jackal vehicle we had in the army I would put my call sign on the side with a union flag 🇬🇧 A man can dream eh lol

Love the look however i would still like the 110 to perform off road and in the snow and ice

What about add the side box’s, ladder, roof rack and snorkel 👌, then that makes it the Ultimate Zombie killer. Another great build, smashed it out of the Park.

Defender 130 not my favorite - the proportions at the back don’t work for me. But kudos to the team for a great build nonetheless. 110 is the sweet spot for me, if I had one.

130 in red but the rest same

Except none of these mods would be helpful in an actual zombie apocalypse 😂 Still looks pretty good as far as these new Pilates mum defenders go.

So how much this costs?

Full URBAN explorer spec, NOT OEM PARTS.. Satin welsh grey, with black urban details. Chunky tyres with white writing. Sand interior recaros with welsh grey details. Go anywhere defender. 130. Fuel cans, ropes, sandladders.

Really good Defender line up but the 110 and 130 are exactly the same wheel base 119 - 130 is all rear over hang or in JLR speak ROH
