There is a lot to be said for building your own drone first. The programming part can be a pain, but when (not if) you crash, it wont bother you a bit. Broken arm, couple wires ripped out, thats $6 and 20 minutes of time. Joshua Bardwell rules the internet on this information.

Damn that sucks....my rule of thumb on the 1st manual flight was start above 200ft.... ....I definitely needed it Glad u got it repaired quick....stopped having to worry about crashes when I built my 1st quad Don't get me wrong, I still hate crashing....just isn't a one hit kill anymore 😎👻

@@Th3GhostFPV I am definitely looking forward to building my own, got the tools, and solder station. Just need to save up and get the frame, motors, and what not. Definitely looking at those arm bracers for her in the meanwhile...

@skyboundFPV54 ya dude u won't regret it.....and don't waste ur money on the braces....trust me Keep saving for parts....suggest 03 air unit since they easily bind to ur controller and goggles Look into some rotor riot pre builds cost is roughly the same as building one....I'm flying the TanQ and have had some nasty crashes.... Only killed a few motors and alot of props ....not a single broken arm 😎🫡
