We got a shower yesterday. We are gonna try to get wheat done this weekend. Dad is itching to cut hay.

The roll pins shear and the whole turtle runs up out of the way of the other turtles......The tool is for screwing the turtle back down...... Never have sheared the pins in 4 cutters in 6 years.........Our last baling window started out with us mowing 100 acres on a Thursday in the rain... Everybody that saw us thought we were crazy....... There were 3 days of ideal weather forecast after the rain.........We tedded on Friday..... started baling with 2 balers Sat finished about 730 (555 4x5 rounds) Almost forgot....... they delivered the new 6R145 today from Florida...... Unloaded it in the rain!

@@Thomasfarmstn That is Partially correct........You may never use them because in 6 years we have yet to use the ones they sent with the 1st of 4 cutters......But would be nice to have should you need them!.... First of all I would have told the parts man "I SAID I WANTED THEM, WHETHER OR NOT I NEED THEM IS NOT FOR YOU TO DECIDE,,,,,,, Krone has a video showing construction and maint on cutterbar.....

Man yeah Russ, that's freaking awesome!! Looks like dad is gonna be very happy with that krone!! The time fre on getting equipment when someone wants it is a huge deal!! Had to chuckle when you said we never had one without rollers, this one just beats the crap out of it 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Seems very nice and easy to work on!! Heck yeah an.older tractor pulling the brand new equipment, I bet it will be abke to ware this one out too!!! 😁😁Glad to see your rowgator back, and hopefully you get to burn wheat down with it!! Hey Russ, how's it going with y'all there, I know that the 1066 will do just fine pulling that krone cutter, and I like watching my grandfather in the field across the road and this was at night when he would be already be out there and he would have 4 fields by the house the corn and soybeans are looking good by the time when the Peoria heart of Illinois fair starts the corn will be at least 4ft tall when the fair starts and y'all have a great day and a great night 👍👍👍

Go see Derrick at Brown Equipment. He can make it happen for you, lol!

You’ll like the fails, when I worked for the local Deere dealer in Knoxville, all we sold were fail type conditioners. They do a good job. Krone makes good mowers, in my opinion they’re one of the best, I know several folks who swear by them.

I’d say you went with a good decision. We had a krone 320 3pt mower but we actually had it hooked up to one of them mower caddy’s for better efficiency and it’s much easier to hook up

This year we have around 400 acres of corn, 400 of beans and 85 of wheat. Also about 90 cows. Normally it’s just me and Dad.
