I agree with the lull in the middle of the book. Had to force myself to continue through!

Glad I wasn’t the only one who felt that way. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for this vid!!! I finished the book and immediately came searching for a review bc I was so underwhelmed and felt like I missed something. Glad to hear that someone else was equally as underwhelmed (minus the ending) 😂

Thank you for this review. I finished the book and felt so confused. Like… this is it? I MUST be missing something because I am underwhelmed and this book has such great reviews. Come to find out, I didn’t miss anything. What you explained is also what I understood. I would not recommend. Like at all. I’m sorry to the author. I was bored. I’m a little skeptical of Reese’s future picks 😬

I am also a tad skeptical of her future picks… I guess we’ll see!

Idk, I read the audiobook and at times it just was too confusing. Too many identities, long sections of lull, and then it picked up a quarter of the end. I gave it a 3.75 ⭐️ (but maybe cause I listened to the audio)

The audio book was confusing when it would go back and forth, i wish i had the book in my hands to recview skim But yeah i love the review, i didnt really feel like "omg these twists are insane" just more of like a "oh nice, that was a twist" vibe. I like your review and the way you did the spoiler alert ❤

I just finished it. It’s really good at the beginning. Gets you hooked and then it falls flat from the middle until the end. Then the constant explaining of what’s going on just makes it even worse.

I wish that the romance was better explored. I think the plot was great, but the execution and reveal was stale.

A Little Life is a tough read, dark, heavy and sad.

Mediocre and bland, I could not get through it. You want to read a great book with a great female character. Go read Enola Holmes books.
