But when she witnesses the enthusiasm and excitement of her mother-in-law, father-in-law, and colleagues as they prepare for Karwa Chauth, it sparks something within her, a desire to bridge the gap between her own cultural upbringing and the new family she’s married in. I am Bengali and my husband is Gujarati. But every year I do fasting for this Magical moments with my husband. Here in UK, it sometimes difficult to see the moon due to drizzle weather but still we manage. Baat agar mere husband ki ho toh unke liye kuch bhi kar sakti hu.❤

@plum_loco Gujarati's also keeps Karwa chauth vrat. I'm Mom has also kept for years and my dad also do the same.

Even though I don't believe that my not eating will have any impact on my husband's health, I did fast on Karwa Chauth. Although I didn't see the moon as here in Melbourne days are long in November but I really enjoyed my first Karwa Chauth. Happy Karwa Chauth to All....

Fasting is for body detox, in modern science they started talking about interim fasting and all. In Ayurveda it always talks about detoxification. Sanatani rituals are scientific if practiced wisely

Aajkal 90% shaadiyon mei pyaar ke siva sab kuch dhoka ,dikhawa,paisa..sab kuch hai ,karwachauth tu bus dhong aur dikhawa bankar reh gaya hai bus dukandaron ka khub saaman bikta hai unhe labh hota hai sab ek propoganda hai muskil se 5% shaadiyon mei pyaar hai karwachauth rakhne se hi pyaar nahi hota hai..jitna iss video mei dikhaya hai itni achi soch ke log bhi nahi hote hain..😏👍
