Looks like a very handy bit of kit and low tech enough to make it likely to keep on going for many years and even if it does break down the repairs should be relatively simple to do yourself 🛠️👍🏼😀

Dad has a new toy. I'm sure it'll soon wear off. It's far too wet down in Kent for spraying. We have some wheat to spray. And today the claas service engineer has started our yearly service and some jobs on our claas lavender Harvester. Anyone enough for my waffle. Great video and good to see Dad so excited. Regards to the family

Your moon buggie is doing a grand job.. is the auto box out of a landy to? You should be able to select a gear manually or chuck it in low box to keep the revs up. Looks quite comfortable travelling up and down there. Good test comparing to fastrac on that 😄. Stay safe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Looking good, I hate to be the one saying this though I cannot believe you were spraying in the fog. That is a sure fire way to go about getting chemistry banned in the future. Fog is perfect conditions for drift to travel miles.

Compared to the fastrac it’s carrying its weight between the axles rather than over the rear axle

Should be fine on hills if that’s it’s weight fully loaded. Land Rover discovery 2 is 2.8 ton and can tow 3.5 so having the engine and transmission from one it should be fine

Not for each nozzle, just for each boom section…so 4x6m sections 👍
