Most cops look the other way unless you’re driving like an idiot around others bringing attention to yourself. Closest I got to a state Ref was a motorcycle cop who got me going 65 in a 45. He hit me with the “I could state Ref you right now” I said “go ahead I’m parting the car out already anyways” he ended up not doing it. I was only a dick because there was a bmw going faster than me but he picked on me so I was salty lol
