That fish is dried fish. In Barbados they are called sprats. The heads don't need to be removed. In Barbados they are fried and become like they are looking there, dried. They become like canned sardines, canned salmon and other canned fish in which the bones become edible. The whole of those sprats are eaten after they are fried. They seasoned and cooked from fresh, not dried or salted and dried.

BMG, please don't interfere with the kitchen busy. Let your wife decide what to cook. In Uganda, men give money to their wives, and it's up to them to decide what they should cook. Give the woman that freedom.

Kish my guest told me he can't feed on any meat beef or chicken he can't eat so I see if my wife prepared meat he won't eat that's why I told her to do the daga and beans
