Ever since David Bowie, nobody knows how to pronounce the word Bowie anymore. I’m from near Bowie, Maryland. Jim Bowie is an important figure in American history. Bowie knives are named after Jim Bowie. Only David Bowie pronounces his name with a long O.

I been needing a bowie. I love this handle design over the guards etc. Perfect companion for the Jackaloupe when I get it. WhiteRiver firecraft 7.5 may have to wait decisions. That handle and choil 🤤. Work tufts pwb7 with choirs been on that list I like this a little more.

@ThePreppersBunkerOutdoors I got budget walmart special gear that needs broken in lol. Improtu trip to Daytona bike week never happened, so it's been sitting. Just found my medium Alice pack after the move so it's getting packed for hiking. Soon ish.

I absolutely love bowies, i have my old okc marine raider bowie. And a big bowie is super useful for chopping, and it can also do lots of other stuff rather well too. But this one looks real nice, i usually dont buy anything anymore that isnt higher end but i might make an exception for this one.

I actually just got the tip on my sp10 fixed and we convexed it a bit. I might take it out and hammer on it pretty soon! Work Tuff as a brand really is a higher end brand- I am really pretty blown away by their fit and finish and attention to detail. They aren't just a manufacture in Taiwan I don't think (not that Taiwanese mfg is bad necessarily)- but I think they are true knife nerds and artists in Taiwan. The passion makes all the difference!

For myself I prefer the original Bowie with a flat back and without the clip point.

It's a winner! This first drop though I think will be hard to get, I think they are only doing 100

It's a struggle. Sell a premium product at a premium price and everyone is pissed. Sell an inferior product at a premium price and everyone is pissed. Sell a premium product at a cheap price and they sell out to fast and Everyone's pissed. Lol

Any chance your dog is named after Dax Riggs from the band Acid Bath?
