    I remember watching your video when you bought that surron brand new and slowly you upgraded it and put performance part that can help you and the bike it self now the bike looks really great. Now you’re enjoying the bike riding it having an absolutely fantastic time with the surron. I Know the bike it self have ups and downs but it’s just like every other bike that also have ups and down and that is the life line of everything’s Great job Matt for making this video

    I know exactly what you mean but i had the jackshaft bearings out of the jackshaft a day or two ago and they were as good as new!! Even i was shocked at that. However, i did replace them as i had new ones all ready to be installed. I know exactly what the problem was after some investigation and it will be in the next video on the chain kit in a week or two!! Keep your eyes peeled🙌🏻🔋⚡️

    Surron aftermarket exists because: more torque, speed, range and less voltage sag. People started upgrading after Surronster introduced the BAC4000/72v combo a couple years ago which is still more impressive than a TC500 with any 72v battery I tested. It's really hard to beat the BAC performance, and Torp themselves are recommending their new TC1000 to everybody who gets this motor because they know that people at this level want more performance which is a no-brainer without upgrading the battery first to see what you're actually comparing it to

  • @mattfrancisofficial

    @mattfrancisofficial

    Ай бұрын

    You’re absolutely correct about the after market. I’ve heard mixed reviews about the BAC controllers and i know so many people convert from BAC to the Torp controllers. I met gbear literally yesterday and he said he prefers the torp over the BAC8000. Obviously torp are going to recommend the tc1000 over the tc500 because they make more money from it and it makes their annual sales prices look more impressive on paper. I’m more than happy with my tc500 especially on the stock battery. 🔋⚡️

    @joem8601

    @@mattfrancisofficial The point is that you can’t compare these things without really testing them so reviewing an aftermarket motor with a stock battery is like doing half a review Another point I was trying to make is that the TC500 feels kinda weak even against a BAC4000. I’m gonna guess that GBEAR had his 8000 set on 550 phase amps (or less) instead of 700 which is the limit of his TC1000 and BAC8000? There shouldn’t be a huge difference in performance from what I know but yeah there’s also other reasons to like either one

    Not knocking BAC but BAC is kinda a thing of the past, Ebmx and Torp are way better than BAC if we’re talking about Power and tunability and Plug n Play which is everything to someone upgrading, and having a review with a upgraded motor and controller Ona stock battery is still a viable review because there aren’t people everywhere buying batteries due to how expensive they are there’s definitely a good amount doing it but most are just getting controllers and calling it a day until they hit range issues or the range issues don’t bother them, I’ve got a fully modded ultra bee, Talaria Sting and a LBX, I had BAC but Torp & Ebmx tunability and features just out perform a BAC Anyday

    @@joem8601 I ain’t knocking bac a couple riders ik use them but if you’re apart of any surron,talaria online group and go on huge meet ups hella ppl say they would rather go ebmx or torp, but not soon since money can be an issue for higher end controllers Bac is more of a budget build brotha you can find them anywhere, I’ve had a bac and x9000 before the x9000 has excess wiring but it’s not hard at all to install but if you want real power like you said torque high speed and acceleration and are going 72v and want that buttery throttle response x9000 v2 or torp1000, those controllers can push way more phase amps than a bac8k I hate KO but even a whole KO controller and motor setup is still one of the fastest but lacks throttle configuration, ebmx controller and motor is one of the fastest too, and the main thing all of those controller I mentioned have a Fully WaterProof construction and the Bac doesn’t like at all, so to future proof yourself any of those controllers would be better, and once again not hating on BAC but it lacks in a lot of aspects if we’re talking power and acceleration and even features they come with when the x9000,Torptc1000,KoPro all out perform Bac8k, you won’t find many ppl with Real builds that push power running a bac8k and winning races, but in the end I hope you enjoy your Bac controller man it was fun to use when I had mine🤙

    @@StingOnSteds Nah you’re bugging bro lol In one review, people tested the KO’s, BAC8000, and x9000, and found that the BAC provided the best experience. Newer gadgets may look good on paper, but that doesn't mean they're the best. The x9000 had issues in its first year, and even the v2 still has that excessive wire harness which is the biggest drawback when installing these things on the bike. Tuning isn’t really tuning with an Eggrider or an app if all it takes is changing a number (changing settings isn’t really tuning), and most BACs have apps for adjusting the same settings that every other controller labels the same way. If you don't have access to a custom BAC app, you can use the Kilowatt app, which is even better and simple to use for tuning different motors and changing any setting. I connected to it for the first time to tune a new (aftermarket) motor and it took me only 2 minutes. Pretty much everything else is the same or similar, and making adjustments nowadays is easy with every aftermarket surron controller

Although this is my third one as they are only cheap lights and tend to give up after a few months. They dont like getting very wet and on my last one the cables were so short they got ripped out the back of the light from turning the handlebars and it constantly pulling the cables. They look much better and are much brighter than the stock lights though🙌🏻🔋⚡️
