I love Tajiks, they are educated, civilized, sophisticated, they are same like Iranians, persians!

Aber der Typ ist ein Vollpfosten, sorry, Ivan Rebroff in der Pampa, fragt dauernd "english, english, do you speak English..." er könnte ja mal Russisch sprechen, wäre angemessener. Und nur immer "how much..." und alles ist "very nice" und dann noch wegen Ukraine fragen und Moslem und Vodka. Sowas von daneben. Und in einem 5* Hotel käm er nicht mal bei der Hintertür rein.
Once you go to Afghanistan, you're heart won't let go. Every country you travel to from then on, you're heart will long for Afghanistan. It's truly one of the most magical places on the planet.

They have a very nice resort there near the mountain and it's really very nice. And the people are very nice. I met a singer there and hanging with us and also the nephew of the president is very nice he help me there.

He is indeed a very good man. He stopped the Civil War in Tajikistan and is very brave. He entered an Islamic opposition’s camp alone during the war and proposed negotiations. Opposition agreed and they made a peace agreement.

Spring is great, the Persian New Year "Navruz" is a good time to see the tulips planted all over the capital. It's usually celebrated here March 21st. Other than that, fall is a lovely time as well. For any sort of travel around the country summer is best since there are a lot of mountains here with lots of annual snow fall - that snow melts in spring and can lead to some dangerous driving conditions. In summer after the snow-melt, it will be a lot safer. It's pretty warm in Dushanbe in the summer, but I'd recommend looking into some places in Varzob which is just above Dushanbe into the mountains a very short distance and it is cooler and a popular summer getaway for people in the city.

Not much different from downtown Kabul. Maybe a bit cleaner. But don`t be deceived by a few streets in the center of Dushanbe. Go out of Dushanbe and you will see how different it is from Afghanistan))))

Afghanistans has 34 provinces one province is the size of Tajikistan. Tajikistan and 20 other bigger countries now exists because Afghanistan defeated the soviet Union Tajikistan was once a part of Afghanistan but then it was lost in the wars.

The real Afghanistan was originally in Pakistan and the name was given by the British Elphinstone, who wrote the Book „ Kingdom of Caubul“. Tajikistan was historically the region „ Mehranwar“ or „ Transoxania“.
