Manukau is the South side of Auckland and is not an expensive surburb at all. Mostly Indians, Pacific Islands or natives would reside there. Herne Bay is the most expensive suburb, houses there go for 3-4 million and they are worth looking at. Also Pt Chev, Glen Innes, Mission Bay areas. You will see 90% Indians and Punjabis in Takanini, Papakura, Sandringham and Papatoetoe areas with plenty Indian eatrys. Takanini has the largest Guruduwara in NZ as well🙂

Manukau South Auckland is very expensive and full of crimes . Pooja jewelry shop was robbed few days ago. Drugs and Gangs are just enjoying South Auckland. Crazy place

Manukau house are pretty normal. Go to area like albany, Brownsbay, Glenfield. This areas are very beautiful

Explored different areas. Houses aren't as good as in Canada, but NZ is a great place to live. It looks beautiful with lots of nature. Will share more in the upcoming videos.

South Island is out of world place. Best a ferry from Wellington to picton.

Manukau is not expensive -its very affordable and cheap

NZ is not under developed country compared to Canada as mentioned by you. The population is less and standard of living is higher than Canada. It’s doesn’t have a Brampton which have problems. I have been to Canada and you lot are into Brands as well as show off.

I lived in NZ , living in Canada, I can confirm this, NZ life very good chill , relaxed unlike Canadian life is rat race, show off, most of them live pay check to check but they would wear branded stuff just for show off , most of them rely on credit cards 😂

I never said I hate NZ, tbh I have never been so happy in Canada but I was so happy in NZ. I absolutely loved New Zealand. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to move there, given my preference for a family-oriented life surrounded by nature. However, I acknowledge that New Zealand lacks certain amenities found in countries like Canada, America, and Australia-such as Amazon, official Apple Stores, and major cities like Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Sydney. Nevertheless, these factors are insignificant compared to the happiness derived from living in a place that brings you joy, especially when surrounded by loved ones. These are just my initial impressions based on my feelings, rather than factual observations.
