FIRST IMPRESSIONS of MOSTAR | Why you NEED to visit BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA 🇧🇦
Hey, everyone! Welcome to our first #Bosnia #travelvlog!
After leaving Croatia, we drove to Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina. Mostar completely took us by surprise! It is a beautiful UNESCO town full of cobblestoned streets, old architecture, and home to the most picturesque bridge we have ever seen, Stari Most.
In this video we show you everything we were able to eat, see, and do with 48 hours in Mostar! On our first day we take a walking tour through the city, watch the locals dive off of the famous bridge, and enjoy a traditional Bosnian meal. The next day we visit the stunning Kravice waterfalls, a Dervish monastery, and hike up to an old abandoned fortress.
If you are planning a trip to the Balkans, be sure not miss out on Mostar!
If you enjoyed this video please leave us a like, comment, and SUBSCRIBE! Thank you :)

I had a fantastic time in Bosnia, such a special country, thanks to our exceptional tour guide Vekas from Bosnian Tours. He tailored the tour to match our preferences, and his commitment made sure we got the most out of our visit and the country, something that's not common among guides in Bosnia. We explored around 15 different locations in a short span of time. If you're thinking about your next vacation, I strongly suggest considering a trip to Bosnia.
Jedna od mojih omiljenih zemalja je Bosna i Hercegovina. Volim ovu zemlju i njene ljude. Hvala svima.

Hi guys! Although I am from Bosnia and I’ve lived in Mostar for four years until 2020. I became a little nostalgic and started watching youtube videos about Mostar. It’s very interesting to hear you talking about various things about the city that I didn’t even know myself, such as why is the Bruce Lee statue in the park lol. But what didn’t surprise me was how thrilled you were with the Old bridge and the Old town because it always thrilled me no matter how many times I saw it. I also want to tell you that the edit of your video is perfect and you as "tourist guides" for people who have never visited Mostar, are very informative and interesting. I hope that you will come to Bosnia and Herzegovina again and visit many more beautiful places in our country. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina.❣️

I am Croatian and please dont write lies, all 3 nations were fighting against each other and innocent people from all 3 nations died. Half of my family was killed from Bosniaks and Serbs, how do you explain that. We have to live together in love and peace for our future and future of our kids which is very difficult when there are people like you who are living in a lie.

Pozdrav. @@1301983 ofcourse you have to apologize because you are writing lies playing only victim. We all know how war started, Srbs wanted that all other nations in former Yugoslavia vanish, Croatians, Bosniaks etc. Look what they did in Croatia, Vukovar for example, then in Bosnia Srebrenica for example. But there were also places where Croatians and Bosniaks killed innocent Serbs, there were places where Croatians killed innocent Bosniaks, and also places where Bosniaks killed innocent Croatians. There were victims on all 3 sides, everbody losed somebody or something. Luckly there are history facts about most of crimes so people can see the truth. One more thing, I dont support or belong to any politian party, you probably do because only people who let them selves be involved in such communities hate all other nations and all they do is spreding hate just like you and claim that their nations hands are clean and nobody in any kind of war has clean hands, and only innocent people die, all other get rich like all 3 nations politicians in our country.

I have been to these waterfalls and actually went for a swim there, with my schoolmates at that time. So we went to Croatia on a week-long school trip when I was 14, and on the return to Bosnia, we entered the country near the Kravica waterfalls. As u can imagine, it's around June and it is a really hot day... a lot of kids on that bus make it worse. 'Cause the air gets used up/dry, really fast. So we arrive there and hear a waterfall, and then five of us sprinted towards it... I kid you not, we jumped in as soon as we took our clothes off, in a few seconds to be exact. LoL!! (she was standing and making a story in the video, from where we jumped in, there was no fence at the time there). The water was ice cold, but after a minute u get used to it. So a few moments later, we hear our teachers yelling at us, like: "Are u insane? U will get ill!" Tbh, we didn't catch a cold, but we did catch a spiritual moment... with the lush and beautiful nature around us, and the joy that we felt because of the refreshment. It was and still is a priceless memory. And I want to go back there again, soon. 'Cause, that was 10 years ago -.-' I'M GLAD THAT U LIKED OUR COUNTY, AND I HOPE THAT U WILL VISIT US AGAIN. BTW, THANKS FOR THE COOL VIDEOS OFF BOSNIA!!

Thank you for sharing your brilliant video of my home town and the surrounding attractions. I would just like to offer a correction that is seemingly small but very important to the people of this country. The war in Bosnia was not a civil war as you mentioned yet rather a war of aggression. The idea that it was a civil war is a common misconception that was not helped by foreign journalists at the time who didn't really understand the nature of the conflict/political background.

Hey Sammy & Tommy, we are headed to Dubrovnik April 26th and planing to visit Bosnia and Montenegro. Did you drive your rental car to Bosnia or did you take a tour out of Croatia? I’m not sure if your method of travel was mentioned, since I kept getting distracted by texts messages by friend in need for help during my exploration through your video. I was told we need an international drivers license to drive in Bosnia and now we kind of concerned crossing boarder from Dubrovnik to Split. Can you advice me through your experience? My travels are all paid for, and now a bit concerned about our exploration to the other two places and staying stuck in Dubrovnik the entire week. The only thing is not confirmed is the rental car as of yet. Now debating on that, if we should or we shouldn’t rent a car. I enjoyed the video and I would love to try the oyster at one of the places you guys went. Super interesting!
very good video, but you forgot to go on the zip line to the Fortica hill, it is a big attraction for tourists visiting Mostar, and you failed to visit the grandiose monument to the liberators of the city of Mostar from the Second World War called "Parizansko groblje" (though it is currently partly devastated by the fascist hordes a number of whom live in the city of Mostar and who also participated in the destruction of the city during the Bosnian war from 1992-1995
SALADS ARE FOR WEAK !

Correct. They said "Bosnia" instead of Bosnia-Herzegovina but we like Herceg-Bosna better.
