@@nicoleandmico Yes, that's KL city center and the surrounding regions. It's about 9mil people now. You should venture to other surrounding areas too, you can take Grab, MRT or other public transport. Lots to do, explore.

If you study the historical metropolis during the Islamic Empire, during the likes of Abbasiyah or Ottoman empire, then you get the idea of what Kuala Lumpur is all about. During that era, religions all around the world are celebrated and so are here in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Anyways, welcome guys to the futuristic Baghdad (800 CE) or Al Andalus (Old Spain)...called Kuala Lumpur.

I love claypot rice... you should try claypot yee mee with mushroom too.. I used to eat it at the food court in KLCC but you might be able to get it in any other food court too. You should also try mee kolok..

The one thing im pretty stumped about was that you could not find any coffee in KLCC. But perhaps u were rushing for the appointment. This wasnt one of my fave videos from u guys.. but Nicole u look gorgeous in that outfit in the mosque!

To enjoy travelling in Malaysia more, talk and ask the locals. You will notice that almost all of them are helpful and friendly . . However, your chances to meet the local is only 75%. ABOUT 9 MILLIONS foreigner working in Malaysia especially in low wage jobs.

About 3.2 millions of legal Indonesian workers, , about 3.0 millions are legal Bangladesh workers, about 1.7 millions legal workers from Pakistan, Nepal, India, Thailand, Philipines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Langka, Myanmar plus otothers. THE REST are illegal workers from Indonesia, Philippine, Bangladesh, Rohinnga, .So total is almost 9 millions. THAT DO NOT INCLUDE professional expatriate, digital nomads and foreign retiree who are actually setting up business in Malaysia

They meant the Sultan Abdul Samad Building which was built by the British for their administration office. It has been used by the different Malaysian ministries/departments & was once a Hight court which conducted certain high profile cases. Now, it is used as offices for the Ministry of Information, Communication & Culture.

Actually, Malaysia is not an Islamic country - it is a secular country that is predominantly Muslim. There's a difference. Islam is the official religion of the Federation only, not Malaysia as a whole. Malaysian states like Sabah and Sarawak do not have an official religion. Therefore, it is incorrect to say that Malaysia is an Islamic country, because it is not.

I think only 2 or 3 million foreign workers here. How you come to this 9 millions.

About 3.2 millions of legal Indonesian workers, , about 3.0 millions are legal Bangladesh workers, about 1.7 millions legal workers from Pakistan, Nepal, India, Thailand, Philipines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Langka, Myanmar plus otothers. THE REST are illegal workers from Indonesia, Philippine, Bangladesh, Rohinnga, .So total is almost 9 millions. THAT DO NOT INCLUDE professional expatriate, digital nomads and foreign retiree who are actually setting up business in Malaysia

They meant the Sultan Abdul Samad Building which was built by the British for their administration office. It has been used by the different Malaysian ministries/departments & was once a Hight court which conducted certain high profile cases. Now, it is used as offices for the Ministry of Information, Communication & Culture.

Actually, Malaysia is not an Islamic country - it is a secular country that is predominantly Muslim. There's a difference. Islam is the official religion of the Federation only, not Malaysia as a whole. Malaysian states like Sabah and Sarawak do not have an official religion. Therefore, it is incorrect to say that Malaysia is an Islamic country, because it is not.
