That blue!💙 I could almost feel the breeze coming off the water. Everything was enchanting, the boat, the town, the food, but the cherry on top was a little cameo by your dad. It’s lovely seeing the rest of your family on camera (they are naturals), but your dad is so endearing.

I just can’t verbalize how amazing your trip was to watch. The scenery was beautiful and your family is just lovely!! The best part is you’re always so sweet and funny!!

So impressed that these parts of 🇬🇷 haven’t been overrun with contemporary development. There’s value in not squeezing the last Euro out of everything. 🇬🇧🇺🇸

Beautiful place and nice boat! So nice to see you with your sweetie and your family again. I'm amazed at how tan everyone is, in the southern US they used to say "brown as a biscuit". I have mentioned to Joel twice he needs to cover himself in Netrogena Sesame oil and get out in the sun, but really he just needs to visit Greece. Loved the upload and Thank you.

It's not linguine, its hilopites and it's called Astakomakaronada, it's a traditional Greek dish.

Another great video. I didn’t realize how many Greek islands there are until your videos. Also Ach can do desserts topped with ice cream for the winter - ie. warm chocolate lava cake drizzled with different flavored ice cream ... warm apple pies with French vanilla ice cream or eggnog ice cream? What pairs well with what. Hmm now I’m hungry!

On a totally different subject, knowing you care deeply for your dear friend Joel, I've noticed his vlogs seem to focus on his wanting to be alone, hating meeting new people and disappointment of not having accomplished more of his goals by now. Sorry for using your channel as a sounding board, but I know you care for him as deeply as we do.

This is very sweet. Many creatives feel the same way as Joel (IMO). It makes their friendship sweeter, that Lia is someone where he let's his guard down. He let's his guard down with us, too, on his vlogs. Lia balances him and he, her. They are friendship soul mates and friendship goals!!

OMG that water looked aaaaamazzing

In the central United States we pronounce buoy almost the same as you, just a little more emphasis on the Y like boy-e, but not booey. But we are about a thousand miles from any significant body of water oh, I don't doubt on the East Coast that they may say it that way. ;) This Greek Series has been absolutely gorgeous, it is stunning beyond belief and I imagine it's even more incredible in person! So happy you got to spend this time with your family!

Winter ice cream ideas, holiday ice cream treats like rum syrup on ice cream for Autumn holidays or Christmas, pumpkin milkshakes, milkshakes with nutmeg or Frosty malts, or maybe things like warm apple cider and hot chocolate?

Could Ach maybe do Aussie/Kiwi brands and have Aussie/Kiwi guests and such for the winter? It’s summer there! And on Dawson’s Creek, in the Castaways episode, Pacey tells Joey it’s NEVER too cold for ice Cream 😇 ...

Greece is so beautiful....sigh...=) Funny, Lia, you mentioned you're wearing all white as I hear Procol Harum singing "Whiter Shade of Pale" in the background, LOL!! Has Ach tried Mexican fried ice cream? OMHeaven it's sooo good in my opinion. Thanks for sharing Greece and your family with us Lia

When the tomatoes start running low..... My mood drops 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅

Hi Lia, had a pot luck at work and made a Greek salad with lots of tomatoes and cucumber, red onions, feta cheese and green pepper don't forget the calamata olives and made homemade dressing, also put some baby spinach into stretch it. I used 12 tomatoes and 4 English cucumbers, I thought I would have tons of leftover but it was all gone, I tell you what it's not a cheep salad to make the goats feta is rather expensive by me.

Lia, another great look into Greece. I am wondering from what you said whether shops that sell ice cream in England shut down in the winter or just don't sell ice cream then because in America we eat ice cream all year round whether in warm or cold areas of the country. If the shops close during winter maybe Ach could look into grocery stores for new flavors to try as here every so often brand names like Ben & Jerry's come out with new flavors from time to time. Just a thought. In the meantime I keep you & Ach & Joel in my thoughts & prayers.

Ach could get an ice cream maker and make homemade, British-style! Source milk, cream, cream cheese from local dairy farmers. Toasted English walnuts. British fruits and nuts. Your favorite British chocolates. Learn to make Italian gelato and Indian kulfi (traditionally made with condensed milk and pistachios), Asian tea ice cream. - During winter I LOVE warm, dense, chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream, sprinkled with toasted nuts. Eat when cake is still warm and ice cream is starting to melt. Yum!

PS What?! Staying on a sailboat and no video of sailing in Greece!!!? I learned to sail in San Francisco. And have sailed in the Caribbean, and off the coast of Central America and Venezuela. Hope to see your take of sailing in Greece. No need for anti-sea sickness patches. Before setting sail, brush your teeth, drink a glass of water, drink a cup of tea and eat a light breakfast (toast and jam or cereal). Come on deck, sit down, stay in fresh air (no diesel fumes while leaving the dock) and keep your eyes on the horizon, or land. Don't think about anything except the beauty. After a few minutes of sitting, stand up and get your "sea legs", which means learning how to balance as the boat moves through the water. Relax and deep breath. Continue to keep your eyes on the horizon and land, and the beauty and the wind in your hair. Works every time ... for me! Best wishes. Enjoy Greece!

Greek eating tips a) don't drink raki at once and without some meze first b) don't sepparate the greek salad from it's plate, put more olive oil and mix it. All persons in the table eating salad from one plate (that united the family) in Greece. Φιλιά!

Maybe Ach could spend the winter months learning how to perfect homemade ice cream documenting the trials and error highlights. By summer he may have a crazy skills to impress guests.

Based on the Greek videos in last couple weeks. There’s quite a lot of similarities between Greece and Lebanon 😊 (where my family / relatives are originally from. For example: food is served family style, a huge amount of food for everyone, can still be a fun place without being overly expensive, how neighbours know each other very well, still keeps the roots of tradition 😊 Thanks for the Greece series 😁

You really should be in Florida. Honestly everyone pretty much lives on a boat or owns one. Seasickness doesn’t really exist here as you’re pretty much on the water every day off. That and fishing every chance you get. The theme parks are fun and all just they get kinda stale after visiting unless it’s Halloween or Christmas time then it’s a big rush to get to Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights, Disney’s Mickey’s not so scary Halloween party, Bush Gardens Hal-O-Scream, universal doesn’t have the best Christmas thing but it’s always the grinchmas thing, and the monstrous Disney Christmas Celebration. It is paradise if you know where to go and have fun but also knowing how to shop for bargains where the locals are.
