The audio quality is so good. Because I have been watching you for a couple of months. A lot of improvements. When moving the camera horizontally. I think it's better to slow a little bit. Because the frames are missing and footage getting blurry. 7:16 to 7:18 is good from 7:20 to 7:35 footage got bit instability. I notice on my computer screen. keep the same energy and continue making videos.

have you tried using derma roller? my scarp head hair getting thin and i am using it once a week. Its getting better. you should also try before rest of your hair falls. derma roller only works when you have some hair left. unless you don't mind getting bald. derma roller once a week and some coconut onion oil. good.

Enjoy your content and enthusiam. Brave backpacking etc. Good for you. I lived in Mbale and Jinja but only visited back in the 70's. We were there when Idi Amin kicked out most Asians which was not mentioned - so they have had to start again after he was 'out'. I will say that I almost decided not to subscribe after your Diani Beach video. What those guys are doing is illegal - they are not allowed to take shells from the ocean and not to touch star fish etc. Once they are taken out of the water they suffocate. Not worth it for me. The rest of the content is great.
