I live in National Capitol Region but I m not freqent to this area in Delhi. Only once in an year or two. I have nice and bigger departmental stores, malls around my neighborhood. If I have spare time we have very good connecting roads to visit hill stations and sanctuaries close to Delhi. Or spent time in some sports facility around. Or in some cultural activities.

When i was in India...In North Everyone come and take selfie and pics...its typical annoying. But in South Noone even care or not even bothered about us😂...we can go freely anywhere.I felt comfortable in South India than in North

Moreover, English speaking population in India more than UK and Ireland entire Population. Secondly, Have you visited or heard about these Northern States/Territories of India- Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chandigarh, Haryana and Punjab?? In Case you haven't visited then let me clarify yours doubts, very seldom local people take tries to take any advantage from foreigners, which you have mentioned in yours comment. Even in many Cities of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh States in North India, where people are educated working class shall never tries to invade the privacy of foreigners. Yes if foreigners visit any crowded places or rural countryside where foreigners usually don't visit then it would be cultural shock for both foreigners and locals. So ideally avoid such places to visit without local guides.

I hope u guys visit kashmir for a bit of relaxation, delhi is quiet hectic, haha

Thats a hard one because they are all very different 🤔 But if we had to choose it would probably be Goa, we love the beach so I think thats why we would go with that, we also rented a scooter in Goa and we had so much freedom to explore so many different beaches😍But I think we got the proper Indian experience in Rajasthan so we also loved it there, we did so many unique different things which gave us such a good Indian experience. We wish we spent more time in Kerala and in the southern part of India but we also wish we had some more time in Delhi, unfortunately we only had 1 day. So ye its very hard to say, but overall we had an amazing time 🇮🇳😍
