thanks for the review. i had lost instructions but had read them . my would not work. i charged it til i saw 4 lights come on. my items was small, so i started looking on youtube. i didnt know you had to turn upside down so im glad you did that. now im going to charge for another hour and try it again.

I'd recommend handwashing the cup and base.
