eh some of that was true in india the gupta empire at that that time was powerful and india was a center of civilisation but unforutnatley it stagnated and got destroyed by hun invaders band we had no progress. Unforuntately we stagnated for like 1500 years
I always wonder if Iraqis trust the Brits and Americans after their country was bombed. I think the Spaniards treated them with respect as I never saw disrespect by the French and Spanish. They were like us Indians working and enjoying the hospitality of the country. Truly UK and USA have ruined our world

Iraq was ruined by Saddam loyalists/sunni pan islamists and Iranian khomeinists. The former wanted to restore sunni dominance while the later tried to turn Iraq into an Iranian colony.
