I have an immortal soul with combo and boss damage. I got the red boss dmg soul from a lucky spinner event and the combo from family brawl

The family brawl shop? For family brawl, click on exchange at the bottom of the screen. Cross server arena? Open arena and the shop is at the bottom left corner
