Hi there, I need suggestion, I am moving new home, just wondering what I need to do first fencing, driveway, blinds or curtains. Also, if I like to do driveway and one metre concreting around the house what I need to consider before I hire tradies

Thanks for your comment yes brother first step should be fencing and drive way and side concrete for time being you can cover windows with bin liner or news paper fencing important for safety purpose and 1 meter around the house is ideal and drive way aggregate or plain or coloured depend on your choice and budget we have aggregate one also pls make sure when you do concrete on the side of house don’t go full leave little bit space for rain water to drain out of you want more room for flower on side you can go 0.75 meter or 75 centimeter side concrete it’s ok but to have is good idea on side plain ok hard to get time to go out and we had plain before now we put some charcoal paint on that you can do premixed colour it looks good you can see our house tour video on our channel for some idea or check some pics on google after that yes defiantly go for blinds and curtains with blinds always had blockout screen also if you go with blinds and with curtains high ceilings curtails always looks good we had one video on that topic too check that out if you like blinds vs curtains let me know if I can assist you more cheers and congrats for new home which are you are we are in north suburbs of Melbourne 👍👍👍👍👍

Carlisle Metricon good Simonds are biggest one and customer service not upto mark Carlisle customer service is superb also if you get some time try Dennis family home check their display homes in botanical they have good homes too in botanical house consultant lucky also give good customer service and if you not in north that’s ok Simonds will be bottom of our list because one of my friend used them they built good quality wise good everything on time only one thing missing customer service but other than that everything very professional

Between these 3 1Carlisle 2Metricon 3 symonds but it’s just my open ion all three are big builder in market symonds in fact biggest one but I prefer customer service which I got best from Carlisle but check all price what they giving what inclusion who ever giving everything what you need and good price go with that builder quality moreover same with all 3 all the best 👍

Hi we bought sofa from koala living fre years back I think it’s around 2k sofa name is reviera but it’s discontinued now best to click screen shot or tell them name so may be they accept special prefer also lamp from freedom $550 in sale price pls bring picture to show them because I think it’s also discontinue we bought last year Boxing Day sale

Conveyancer around $700-900 paid by bank but adjust in loan at the time of settlement mortgage broker no fee at all they paid commission from bank inspector fee around $1200-2000 depend for how many stages you hire them generally for 5 stages some time people hire them for post inspection for checking builder fix things properly or not which inspectors suggested thanks hope this helps
