Okinawa is the resort island located in southern Japan. Okinawa is surrounded by beautiful sea of coral reef and has many good resort hotels along the coast. Okinawa has very unique culture and food because Okinawa was independent from Japan as "Ryukyu Kingdom" until 1829. Also, Okinawa has U.S.military base so we can see some kind of American culture in various places. If you get bored of traveling to Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, why don't you travel to Okinawa next time?
