The 93 12 V Was my Dads I never expected to be the caretaker of it sadly I lost my dad to rapid onset leukaemia in 19:( The 93 is Not a project truck I am just finishing the upgrades my Dad and I had planned on completing. The old Dodges would be done by now too if I had not spent the last 18-24 months fighting gall bladder cancer brother. And I have to point out for the people who are wanting to buy one. These trucks were built to be a relatively low cost truck for farmers and people who needed a truck but couldn't afford a ford or Chev. So they are not gonna be a perfect truck. And at the time dodge didn't have the funds to redesign the frame for the Cummins engine in these. (so do look for cracks or splits). It wasn't until the release of the 2md gen bodystyle they redesigned the frame for the Cummins diesel trucks. If I remember right these trucks were assembled in 3 different plants (Warren Michigan, saint Luis Missouri, and In mexico). But the main bodies were built in Mexico and shipped to the plants In the u.s for assembly. And do remember some of these trucks are over 30 years old now so problems are to be expected

I have a 1991 2wd pre 1991.5 non intercooled, NO RUST anywhere, the blue one in this video has more rust than mine. so either I am very lucky or no salt in Oregon at all (they may have some soon) all good, my issues was the speedo ,odometer, and of course the fuel sender. pretty bad when the odometer and fuel send both go out. Now I have three spares of the fuel sender and one of the speedo. I think a lot of speedo issues is the speedo gear holder not set right, (yes it is adjustable for number of gear teeth) would have to be pretty hard up to sell this.

My grey dodge ( the one in my thumbnail ) was a rusty pile. Took 2 years to plate the frame from the drivers seat back on both sides, both frame webs. I also had to cut the floor pan out with the rockers. Basically the seam on the firewall, all the way to the rear of the cab. As far as rear ends, all cummins equipped dodges had the dana 70 rear. They did have 2 different spline counts. Early ones were 35 spline, newer ones were 32. Watch out for the 89 to 91.5 models with the auto transmission. They had the 3 speed no overdrive 727 with the 3.07 gear ratios. They are unavailable, no ring and pinions have been made for 20 years. Also the front axle for those gear ratios are different.

Found one with a 360 and a 4 speed but was pretty banged up, one dually fender was almost gone but the biggest thing was that it was 2wd instead of 4wd. It was a red interior with a white exterior with a red stripe. Just want thoese exterior colors flipped. Or get a blue one like yours. Im starting to have a dilemma of do I want a red truck or a blue truck? Guess I'll see what I buy I guess
