A sneak peek into Day 1 of the 2021 Montreal Summer Weekend Camp held at the Complexe Sportif Bell.
Goalies go through a couple of drills on the ice that helps create self-awareness of their strengths and weaknesses. The skate finishes with a real close game of the "Goalie Face-Off."

We absolutely do co-ed camps. Our training centre offers an entirely separate dressing room for the girls if preferred.
