This always happens to me.. just bought a VRD Carbon then they release this! i also just got a scx6 so the capra 1/6 will prob be out next week LOL! Killer content!

Great video. I was thinking the same thing about the tire size. Maybe swap my VXT2s to this from the Stance. It definitely needs some weight up front and high clearance links.

Love the look of this H10. Do you think with the mods you mentioned that it can be a real good performer? Maybe Capra level?

Well it’s definitely not a rock crawler lol, at least not yet. Reefs 800 brass steering servo out front with brass inserts in the wheels and 30% overdrive would be a lot better. Will definitely be making mine 4ws as soon as I can.

I must say with the front top links being mounted so far apart does not do well for flex geometry in a four link setup. You can really tell in this video it is struggling to keep the front planted on some climbs. I do understand its NOT a dedicated rock crawler.

I love the look of S8E shocks, I even bought all the machined pieces for my carbon and they still leak all the fluid after 2-3 trips. Still waiting for dlux short shocks to come back in stock to replace them with.

That's awesome that you're supporting John man Holmes is awesome dude he's actually pretty local I guess you would say to me glad he is getting the publicity that he deserves you know I would like to try one of his rebuildable brushed motors they look just insane high quality

As soon as I heard the length and the tire size I figured that the belly would get hemmed up a lot I can only imagine you getting a hold of Vanquish and be like hey guys the truck kind of fell off of a 20-ft cliff

I'd love it if they make this in kit form and lower the price (ship without their shocks). I end up giving away all of my VP shocks.

Is there play in the steering link?

What ESC will you use with that Revolver motor? Was thinking Fusion Pro but I'm very curious about that Holmes revolver motor.

Vanquish, please deon't sell a 4WS portaled RTR. In that case, I may have to buy one to stable up with my Stance, and 2 Capras. May even have to sell a goat... ;) Congrats on your success, WDW, and the new 1:1 . I need to get back to sand hollow, but just got back from a SxS trip to Moab :)

No, these buggys are definitely more for crawling. You can trail with them, but it'll definitely be more fun to crawl than trail

can't really avoid torque twist with straight axles

Love it but don't think I'd drop $500 to be stuck with another pile of useless electronics. I really hope they plan on releasing a kit!!!
