I’m like you.... if I ever bought a exotic I’d drive it until the new wore off then it would be parked. Give me a zr1 and a GMC Denali duramax and I’m perfectly content with life. Exotics just do nothing for me and I were to buy exotic it would probably be Ferrari to be honest.

@@zolutional no where near the same price, I think mike said that one when new was $140k and that was the top of the line viper. The Aventador S new is $415k and the SVJ is $500k new. Don't get me wrong a Aventador is a sexy beast but it's everywhere the Viper is not as common which is why they are appreciating in value. But you can't go wrong with either.

This car is definitely staying in the collection.

Congrats on the new snake! As a Viper guy, I would consider sending it to either Calvo Motorsports or Viper Exchange for a heads/cam/tune package and 700+ WHP that really livens the car up and gives it a more aggressive overall sound.

And just imagine once Mike twin turbos it. This car will go next to the ZR1 as one of the iconic KZread cars.

I hate to say that I'd rather it stay stock. This car too too special. I bet a low mile real clean one in this color will reach $350k within 5 years, and $500k within 20.

@@JumpSquadAuto Every Viper is special. In 25, 50+ years they will be unimaginably valuable and sought after. It was one of the greatest car series of all time. It kept true to it's nature and only got better over time. They did what the 911 took decades to do and did it in half the time. They perfected the FR NA platform like Porsche did the RR. Sorry for the fanboying

@@99steez90 Even the first gen GT, those cars were double corvette and viper prices. Yes they were much more affordable and were not v6 cars.

That Viper in green is 🔥🔥🔥 I see the ZR1 almost as a street car that wants to be a race car, whereas the Viper is a race car put on the street.

I’d love for you to talk about the gearing and shifting for the viper. I know it has long gears but it’s hard to grasp without seeing it. So a video with that would be good. See how fast you can go in each gear before shifting. It be fun to watch that

My two favorite sports cars are the TVR Speed 12 and the Dodge Viper. They just make a damn good drivers car and look absolutely stunning. Love that you bought this car and so far my favorite in the fleet. 🍾

Growing up playing the playstation 2 I would always would pick the Viper and Grant Turismo and even to this day i always gravitate towards the viper fot the perfect balance in corners and Great-Power and straight line speed that it offers in other games. I just wish I'll get the drive one in real life sometime

Have you had a look at the new Lotus Emira? It looks really great, styling reminds me of a cross between a Mclaren and a C8 Corvette, it's starting price will be around $60k and come in two different engine options and most importantly about this car which makes it special is that it will have a 6 speed manual as an option. Knowing how you enjoy a proper stick shift manual car and were sad at the thought they were going away, Lotus is keeping it alive and it may make a nice addition to your channel to add some great content.

Love both those cars. Even though My 1st New car...ever.. was a 79 L82 close ratio 4speed.... So I'm a vette guy from way back. But now...I think I'd take that Viper. Love the sound...the manual...its great looks. Its America...period!

Favorite Viper color hands down. Well that electric blue color with the white stripes is iconic as well.

Two iconic cars, these will keep your channel alive forever. However, I see this being apart of Aventador/C63 split window history. Not that I want it to, I'd love to see a full build on the viper (as promised) vs. ZR1 but... Maybe you need to turn one into a drag set up? Two daily driven 1,000+ hp monsters? You mentioned a twin turbo mustang, I've been waiting hard on that!

Cup holders and it’s nearly the last vehicle you get a manual shifter….. Vipers have always been brutal or more person focused. I’m glad you did it. The traction control off isn’t always on and it’s about you as a driver….. much like the last manual Corvette. Love the viper platform. Always have and always will….. would love to see you actually toad race this!

Sequential is basically a manual made for true performance with feeling of control and tbh is more raw duh to the noise it makes and the feeling of the gears banging into each other

A viper has always been my dream car. Actually bought one of your viper shirts when you were giving one away. Add a calvo package on top of that and its perfect 🤤

And you can’t do a “save the manual” tshirt then get rid of it in the only car that has agreed with that up to modern

The Viper makes even the ZR1 look like a distant second... This coming from a TT Viper and C6Z owner.

Those vents are good for putting tachometers and boost gauge in there like you do with mustangs

I would still take the viper over lambo for the simple fact upkeep is not as much as the lambo, but then again if your spending that money not sure if upkeep is something to worry about. My poor self will be happy with my GTR lol 😂

@@nowifinoobs just as much enjoyment with a sequential, it's more of a performance upgrade to get it, quicker shifts, keep the car in the power band, boost by gear etc. Too many perks not to get the upgrade.

Love the green viper Sir and you are correct have to know what your dealing with! Like well my green car has no a/c no heat no radio no driver aids at all and rides rough but fun as hell to drive

Keep the manual! Each of my C7 Z06’s (one for winters in FL, modded to about 725 hp, and a Z06/Z07 for summers in MI) have manuals, and the fun and engagement quotient more than make up for that little bit of quickness lost.
