Honest question. Did you turn the traction control OFF? And why? Because I drive an ESS boosted Gen 3 , manual with G3X, 120mm pulley…and I keep TC ON😂😂😂 I’m just generally curious. Unless I’m doing a burnout on purpose, I keep it on. I’m afraid to go WOT with it off.

The car will loose power with TC on. It cuts the throttle and pulls timing.

​@@mauricereavis6009it's a brand of centrifugal supercharger which is basically a belt driven turbo. Vortech, Paxton and procharger are also centrifugal blowers. Sometimes people mistakenly call centrifugal blowers prochargers but that is just one brand of centrifugal blower.

​@@EarsPOVcuz they don't make alot of boost at at 3500 rpm. The sounds they make are great I just personally don't like the curve as much although it's little easier to plant I'd assume.

@@midnight347 They make as much boost as you set them up for tf you mean? It is all about the belt and pulley size. My vette makes 16 psi a 3200 rpm and 22 at max. I can get a smaller pulley and overspin it to make max boost at 3200 and the same boost at max.

A centri will get into boost quicker, the harder it's spun. I made 17psi on my d1x procharged gen 3, and it made enough down low to light up et street r's from 3rd gear at 50mph (like 3500rpm, by 4k, it was starting to dance around).
