the 4 door Sportback in this one is beautiful omg would love to see it in nerdo grey, wish the wheel would be even more concave like the milled ones are. Is the 20mm inch drop standard on the competition package or only comes with coilover ?

Do you know if the suspension is way much stiffer than the normal rs5 ?

Full exhaust and headers, with a tune and you have a literal rocket ship under 100k

is there going to be a hybrid option for the A5/S5?

Why do they only offer the CCBs in the front? I know that is where the majority of the stopping power happens I just want a uniform look. With only carbons in the front the rears look anemic.

I would throw a JB4 on this the next day I purchase it and then it's perfect! Sounds wicked, and love that it's lighter and wheels are 🔥🔥. I currently have a 2021 RS7 and this may be my next ride! JB4 added over 150 HP to the wheels. I don't expect that much from an RS5 but will be plenty fast :)

Can you please confirm in this video if the color is Mythos Black or like it says Sebring Black? It sure looks black, doesn’t have that blue tint that Sebring has. Thank you for your response. ❤

Love the wheel design. Finally something different from the usual boring all "black" colour that seems to be the trend.

Money no issue, this would be one of my choices for an everyday driver.

Time to upgrade the center dash it would be perfect

Very nice features added to the competition package. It should be great to drive around some backroads to make use of the suspension upgrades. Do you feel that the competition should have a slight increase in power? I like the blue calipers also.

From my IG post: "Why not more power? That’s the first thing I asked the Audi engineers on the spot. And the question they gave me, was that the engine is simply too old, and even if they would give it 10 more horses, it wouldn’t pass the newer extreme homologation and emission rules of EU. They are already developing the B10 engine which will pass all those rules. So with this older engine, they decided to do everything with everything else, to make it better. And oh they did. "

@@Auditography but they have this identical engine in the panamera as a hybrid with 550hp, so the tech is there, and they could shed some more weight to make room for the batteries I reckon..

Sweet car, but I’d think for 16k they’d add some additional power too. The RS5 is already pretty pricey, and 16k isn’t chump change

Thought it would get more power honestly for being a competition model… maybe a hybrid 2.9 V6 from the panamera with 550 hp(additional 100 from electric motor)since its the same engine, or at least like a 20-30 hp bump.. Wierd considering merc is now pushing almost 700 hp in the C class rival and bmw has 60 hp over it..

A power increase to 480-500 hp without hybrid would have been nice (next gen supposedly gets the hybrid one), but honestly not really necessary irl and the Merc is also pushing 300kg more with that 4zyl, so for me it would be either this or the M3 (or the Alpina B3).

If anything, we would actually see that with a Performance model as Competition pack doesn't seem to add hp or really mean the same as how BMW uses it. Nonetheless, Audi should absolutely borrow the Panamera hybrid tech for a final, Performance model if they would ever do one.

This generation will not get a hybrid performance model. The panamera uses a completely different chassis and they would have to change the current chassis of this generation and if they would do that for a low volume RS performance, it would be a 200k+ car, because they had to get back their investment with just these few cars and if we are honest, no one would buy a 200k+ RS4/5. If you want more power, just go tune it. It has been shown that this engine can easily hold 600+ hp and you can even get these tuning kits with german Tüv.

Audi has the disadvantage of being under Porsche. And VAG cannot allow Audi to be as good or better than Porsche

Looks great an all per usual but the competition is in a completely different stratosphere when it comes to performance

@@johngaudet6316 pzero can explode on potholes and if/or tire too infladed or too low psi . And after 1000 miles it's not the same thing anymore. Also for Quattro and oil content and history , Michelin and CONTINENTAL have been making tires for super cars for years and pirelli is simply iPhone vs Samsung galaxy devices and stuff. Pirelli only useful if you money to burn on track or Germany authohban. Otherwise personal preference vs my 3 deadly experiences on Pirelli and many much saves by simply German tires basically 👌

This car looks amazing! But I drove a Audi A4 B9 Avant for 1,5 years and these "Only Touch Infotainment" was horrible. I switched to an BMW G21 because of that and here it`s way better!

Man i love Audis so much but these guys are just going backwards no power gains . Its rival m4 cs is lighter and faster and to compete with M5 cs Rs6/Rs7s are wayy to heavy and slow. I am a die hard Audi fan btw.

Here’s another Die-Hard Audi fan who agrees 100% They NEED to get their things together over at Quattro GMBH and seriously kick up the power on ALL the RS models.

Today I smoked all cars from ev Porsche to corvette in freeway in my 2019 A5 Sline I can't even imagine what would happen if I was driving this car 😐 🙃

The problem with car manufactures being owned by other car manufactures and those car manufactures being owned by some other car manufacture and so on and so on i.e. VW, even though it is the parent company, can't be more powerful than Audi, Audi can't be more powerful than Porsche, Porsche can't be more powerful than Lamborghini, Lamborghini can't be more powerful than Bugatti. They should be competing with, well, the competition not down playing potential of these car brands just so the other brand can appear to be superior within the same family.

what's faster, lighter and more agile? Still 450 hp and not even 500, same performance spec numbers like old version of rs5, slowest than its rivals.

You're better off with one of these than the new C63. Even with all that hp & electric technology the RS5 is still faster..

The fact that Audi is charging $16,000 for an exhaust carbon fiber some cool pink bits and adjustable suspension.. The next generation RS five most likely will be full electric

that car does not do 0-100 in 3.27 sec. stop misleading people with lies. even the 510hp m4 competition do it in 3.4 or 3.5

Car looks great but i hate when you can see true exhaust through the fake one.
