Wow, great save during takeoff! It looked like you almost lost your throttle. I suggest you fly with the limit lines on. Prone units don't require them but the Doodlebug does. Your prop could otherwise rotate into the sail.

First doddle bug flight that impressed me, most of them on youtube are takeoff and crash vids, of course most people don't post good news, only the bad. Seems like allot of fun this doodlebug.

@maygoli No I didn't build it. I bought my Falcon from Blue Sky a couple of years ago. I fly with a Mosquito and a Doodle Bug. I love powered hang gliding. I don't know why anyone would be against it. Have fun flying. Wes

@bidulm I'm not sure of the weight. Search for "BLUE FLIP UP MODULAR MOTORCYCLE FULL FACE HELMET DOT ~L". That's the exact one I bought.

hi, i just bout a knee hanger from some one in new york and on it says "blue sky" i remembered you. did you build it for me? just out of curiosity because he was saying the builder of the harness is so much against power hang gliding thanks

hi there fasten your legs loops up tighter it will be easyer for you to rotate into seated position

With a Doodle Bug you can fly for about 2-3 hours.

I like the mosquito better. Easier to set up and easier to fly.

No license, but if you don't know how to fly a hang glider start there. Find a good school near you. If you already know how to fly a hang glider you can buy a used one online. They usually have them on hanggliding (ORG)
