To answer your question from the end of the video, I would love to see more HOB current and completed projects. I love seeing your meetings about current projects, the mood boards, and the decision process. It would be so COOL to be able to see those projects and their progress!

Hi Karin - Language is so important and I love the idea of you referring to the workplace as 'The Studio' Manifestation - there are so many videos out there but I really would like to see your take on it in more detail as I feel you have a great perspective on this which would add a great amount of value to anyone who watches it. Would love to see more topic videos like this Day in the Life are my favourite types of videos so please keep doing those! Environment does have a massive impact on how we think and feel, people are affected in different ways and while mindset is important, our environment really does affect us too. Love that the space is providing you and the team a creative space filled with fresh good energy. I look forward to seeing how you, the team and HOB grows :-D

I’d love to see more technical videos on tips and tricks for designers. Programs, methods, trends, client communication, etc. Maybe even some series like a Commercial Design series for professionals and a Residential Design series for professionals.

Day in the life! And loved this video! The office felt airy...the amount of head room, natural light and light bouncing off the floors made it look and feel good (and I wasn't even in the space)!!! It's beautiful! Can't wait to see it completed. Thanks for sharing your journey--especially that piece on patience, manifestation, and example of seriously, but patiently searching for office space. These changes don't happen overnight and it's encouraging to see that (especially in flashbacks) when so often our minds and media portrayals don't see/show the whole picture.

I'm proud of the interior design industry stepping it up and sharing their methods, daily organization, and "how to" regarding the process of design. Would you be willing to share your accounting practices regarding client money (in general of course)? How about a "business school for the interior design industry." I love this video. I am looking forward to see more of your design process (like you showed us in this one). I find it interesting to see and learn how you think and take design decesions. And maybe some sales techniques. How to convince your clients and how to sell all those chandeliers in one room! OMG!

I love that ! "If I put my mind too something, it will eventually happen". Such a powerful & positive mindset to have. Karin, you should really do a video going more in depth about ur view on law of attraction, manifesting a specific goal, etc . How do you bounce back off from set backs/failures too is something I would love to hear from you. More motivational/sharing wisdoms type contents.

I think it would be interesting to hear more about the dynamics of your team (what works well, how you determine who does what, how they share ideas with you, etc. It might be fun to see “a day in the life” from their different roles. In other words, how to be a great team member when you aren’t the boss and what their daily work involves. Just a thought. Love the constant reminder to have patience ☺️

I would love to see completed projects. It would be really cool to see some of your projects put into a series type of formatting kind of like how Bohnafide. It would help me follow the process more. Days in the life are good too but if the footage were cut to be added to a specific project, then it would be a lot more useful for myself in terms of learning. Karen Guevara I have no expertise in this area, but appreciate GaryV’s Content Model (86-page deck). If this kind of thing is in your future, check that out. It’s a process you can follow to develop social content. Again, I don’t have personal experience with it; just something for any of us to consider. (It’s quite simple, just requires a ton of follow through 😂)

I would like to see more of the business and fashion side. Business: Processes, Strategy planning, etc Fashion: How Interior design and fashion go hand and hand, How does selecting wardrobe make you feel as an interior designer, etc

An extremely slow Sunday for me, so I spent some time catching up on some of the videos of yours that I've missed over the last few months. I'm so happy I found your channel a few years ago because it's been so incredible to just watch you and your design firm just completely flourish. I'm getting closer to finishing up my design schooling and I can't help but constantly feel like school, while educating me in a lot of aspects, has also not prepared me for the real world at all. But your videos help get that behind the scenes look, and I always leave your channel filled with such excitement and just raw ambition. I have to get up and move around because it just gets me so excited to enter this creative world that I look forward to leaving my mark in.
