First Cast Explosion on the Sand Flats

Once again out here on the sand flats chasing big dusky flathead on shallow water sand flats in this Australia Estuary! I am forever chasing the elusive one metre dusky flathead, and every time I get out and chase these fish I feel like I am learning more about them in a way that will help me to one day catch the unicorn (100cm flathead)! So I hope you enjoy the films that come out of this fishing goal that I have! And I will see you all in the next one :))

Yr gonna be big man! Noticed yr nice slip on fishing shoes. I’ve got some good uns, some Rip Curls, usually worn for surfing I believe. I bought a nice Flatty rod recently. A Nomad Sea Core 8-17 pound three piece. Beautiful rod. Gotta christen it. Anyhow I’m watching, so keep putting out the good stuff!😮

85 man, but I've got three that were 85cm now haha, just can't break it! My best are three 85cm, three 84, an 83, and 81.5, an 80.5 and an 80cm. I'll get that 90 one day I'm sure!
