First Beer In The Ss Brewtech BME Chronical Fermenter
I just received my 7gal BME Chronical Fermenter and 1/5hp Glycol Chiller from Ss Brewtech and I have been dying to break it in. Today we are doing a simple Pilsner SMASH and trying our hand at lagering with our new capabilities. Cheers!

So do you notice sparging is helping with your OG? I had a problem reaching my OG so i am gknna start having my grains milled twice to see if that helps. I also start with 7 1/2 gallons pre mashing and end up with about 6 ish pre boil

I think what I'm finding is sparging does help with the OG and getting more sugars into the boil but... because I'm not boiling long enough my wort is still diluted. My next brew I plan to do a NEIPA so I don't have to worry about bittering hops at the beginning of my boil... that way I can boil down to my desired volume (however long it takes) then just add my hops at flameout. This should help me hit my target OG. Cheers!
How are you liking the SS Brewtech 1/5HP Glycol Chiller? I'm about to purchase a glycol chiller and I had this one in mine.
Nice new Ss Brewtech equipment, I wish I could buy that ..What did that cost ? If I every run into you I will buy you a pair of shoes just for brewing...lol....cheers great vid
