My own church’s choir sang this a couple sundays ago and I haven’t been able to get enough of it. I’ve tried to find it in various music apps and while Ive been able to find the song, none of the compositions felt…right. This song is the purest joy put into words and music. Not just hopeful but expectant. A joy you KNOW will come just like you KNOW the sun will rise again. And when that joy is felt by everyone in the choir, from the accompaniment to every. Single. Voice. In the choir, it goes from feeling like a group singing to EVERYONE and EVERYTHING, all of creation singing out to God! Joy so overwhelming that it brings you to tears! I cried for the first time in YEARS hearing this song. We know with all our hearts, with all our minds, that there WILL be no more night. There WILL be no more pain. There WILL be no more tears, save for tears of pure, uncontainable JOY. Forever.

Below my post, I made another post just a month ago...little did I know that in 2 weeks my own wife would have taken her heavenly flight. Those who have departed from us are only separated from us for a short time until we are called Heavenward! This song speaks truth! No more night! No more pain! No more tears....never suffering again! We will live in the light of the risen Lamb!

I lost my wife of 55 years a few days ago, and the first song I thought of was "No More Night", especially sung by The First Baptist Church Dallas Choir and Orchestra. Listen carefully to the words. They say it all.

A very special presentation by a great choir. Sung with assurance of God's great preparation for all who have given their lives to Jesus. Beautifully sung to the accopaniment of a great orchestra. A special shout out for the captions so the deaf and hard of hearing have access to the lyrics most can hear. God bless your ministry. before my voice was ruined by thyroid cancer I sang some solos and duets on Sunday mornings, as well as choir and Adult Ensemble - this song is one that pierces my soul every time I hear it (and still try to sing - sad admission from a first soprano. Bless you, sopranos!) I just sent the song to two friends who are each suffering loss and depression after becoming widows this year. I have already heard from one lady who thanked me profusely for reminding her of the blessings that await us, Thank you, choir of First Baptist, you are blessing people far and wide. Thank you gain from the bottom of my heart. and I believe I'll request this to be played at my memorial service as well.

I just saw that in the sky today made of clouds on the way to work. I thought the open things looked like a lily, but here it's a book, like the Bible. That is just so freaky (in a very good way)

I like this however the version without the drum set is much better. The "Praise Band" is not needed on a choir piece. There is also some sort of sound processing and compression added to this recording that makes it sounds like a commercial pop recording in my opinion

In a choral setting, you don’t need the praise team out in front of the choir with mics. Make them go up in the choir. It’s disrespectful to your choir.

Those pop style microphone singers on the front are not necessary and a distraction from the choir. Restore the DIGNITY of the choir and remove these folk. They are redundant if you train the choir properly and empower them! And walking forward a la American Idol is cheesy and showy......priorities people! Come on!!

So what really happened is that Peter, Paul and a few other guys were watching Mary Magdalene and her friends take their weekly baths in the river. After they left they saw Jesus and John up river and they were playing some kind of naked dunking game. So Peter says, "Hey, what are you guys doing?" Jesus and John were caught off guard so John says, "Oh... um.... I'm dunking Jesus in the river like that story we heard in school about Achilles. You know, make him immortal." So the guys kinda say, "Oh, ok, whatever." As they are walking away Peter says, "Those two are always playing grab ass somewhere while the rest of us men are spying on the ladies." Then Paul says, "That John guy is Batshit Crazy, and now he's playing some naked dunking game with Jesus. I mean.... not that there's anything wrong with that." So from then on they referred to John as "John the Batshit". Move ahead a few centuries, several different language translations of the story, and "Batshit" became "Baptist". So basically the Baptist religion is based on some Baptist, aka "Batshit", naked guys dunking each other in a river.

I like music too!Probably one of the most misunderstood and misrepresentation of what really is. Devel is a made up characters from the early christan church. The devel and the divine come from tha same root word. The divine also as your mind, because the throne on had two seats hence two hemispheres. You have the god code in your DNA. Your mind is the Alpha on the right side and the left side is the Omega. When god told them what to write down his message is really the mind telling the hand what to do. When Jacob had twins, that is the vertebrate called Jacobs Ladder and the two twins are the twin hemispheres. We are the good and evil in one package and we are the devel. When they say the devel made me do it, is in reality what your mind decided what to do. Thats the reason why they dont put a devel in your place, because its always been you. Are you the one who pays when shit hits the fan? Hell is winter in reality, the bible is talking about where the sine wave is and the cross is the seasons and Jesus portrayed the SUN. Yesuwa is Yes for short and has always been the SUN, the risen one, the light if the world. If you start digging into history, even the crooked catholic church says father 3rd century A.D. says you are god because you have been fused together with God DNA and primate. You body and mind have the sun, moon and stars they say. Pan for panting or panicking is Capricorn and represents procreation so in other words the animal in you. Anyway look in the mirror, who is the devel again? The christ in you is all about CHRISM OIL. read about it and you will actually learn some of the riddles of the bible. If you think a Jesus in a chariot is going save you it will never happen! people have been waiting several thousand years and one the main reasons is that though has no understanding, because your teacher didnt even know. Andrew Jackson says if you listen to fools (misrepresented story manipulation of the church) the Mob (Vatican) rules. The bible is written by artists who use litarary truths, alligories and poems to explain what already going on about astrology, human body, science, physics, the seasons etc. Dont get caught up in stories thats not history. You got to be able to decipher the meanings to have real understanding, that the reason why decernment is the word thats used in religion. You came out of the Universe and spirit is Hydrogen. All spirits are demons and the Holy Spirit is the Claustrum in your brain for the word Santa Claus came from and there not talking about Saturnalia there actually describing the fountain of youth or born again is the CHRISM OIL that you body produces every month. Christ is a symbol, and the land of mlik and honey is the pineal gland produces electric honey (Joseph) and the pitutary gland (Mary) magnetic milk that are nessesary for the raising of the prodical son (CHRISM OIL). There no Joseph and Mary in history folks.
