Dear Sir, heart attack is a medical emergency. There are several good advices in your video for the laymen in medical field but there are severe mistakes also ! No one should commence CPR without proper training and don't start CPR if victim is 'only unconscious' . You should check breathing and carotid pulse first. If there is no breathing and pulse then you may start CPR. Send the Victim hospital as soon as possible.

Dr sahib make a video for general duty medical officers regarding handling such emergencies what are the lab testing and treatment bcz gdmo often become confused when they face person with heart attack so many times they refer the pt. and pt dies on the way to hospital so make a detailed video for GDMO .THANK NICE VIDEO
