1 glass of passion fruit pulp (250 grams) (8 pieces passion fruit)
1/2 full cup of cornstarch (60 grams)
1/2 cup of sugar (100 grams)
5 egg yolks
500 ml milk, which can be cold or hot.

    Ingredientes: 1 vaso de pulpa de maracuyá ( 250 gramos ) ( 8 piezas maracuyá ) 1/2 taza llena de maicena que son ( 60 gramos ) 1/2 taza de azúcar que son ( 100 gramos ) 5 yemas de huevo 500 ml leche, que puede estar fría o caliente. 1 cucharadita generosa de extracto de vainilla. 500 gramos de nata muy fría

    Felicitaciones☺️👋. En mi país(Colombia) esa fruta por ser más pequeña,se llama Gulupa😜. Ya que el maracuya que se da acá ☝️ es el doble de su tamaño.
