@@jrpyro310 I've heard of that rumor, but it would be pointless since you have the right to deny an unreasonable search. I think they pull over California plates, try to peek into windows and ask for consent searches.

i expect quadcopters this year, its been an inevitable delay, but we have a town outside of memphis, collierville that showed off their police quads last year at their firework show.. while great for terrorist and crime watch, it was a hint that they will and can use for 4th july monitoring of higher power fireworks. We got these weird high tech light poles in my area that were installed last year, probably some higher tech shot spotter stuff... basically waste of money because crime hasnt changed and has gotten worse
