HI we bought our WOODCHUCK stove in 1982,,replaced grates 1 time,,both blowers are original,,buy 2 dump trucks of QAK,,per winter,,started with wood in 1977,,had a electric bill in 1976 over $100,00,,,,had a warm morning stove till 1982,,nothing like wood heat,,we live in zanesville ,,and love your videos,,Crip

Good morning Joe!!😀😀 Anyone who has a Hardy wood boiler is a great person in my book. LOL!! His stove is about the same age as mine. Finally after 22 seasons of burning I finally had to put a new set of grates in mine. The trick is to keep a couple inches of ash on them so the fire doesn't burn directly on the grates. Fantastic Video as always Joe. That is why I Retired back in 2016 from my Local School District. I was at far as I could go as Cleaner for them even though I Scored High on the Senior Head Custodian Test. So this way I can have plenty of Time to cut my Firewood. I do think after awhile, we all do need a Change. It's Great News for You and Chris, and have his son be Stacking Firewood for you.
